What strategies are currently implemented to prevent disclosure?

Always understand that intentionally keeping your focus on other local, national and global concerns is the global nondisclosure strategy designed by covert entities long ago. Knowing that money systems are unnecessary for and stagnating to human advancement, these entities control financial systems and therefore resources and influence to ensure that humans ultimately serve their covert interests. They ensure that humans feel compensated to maintain their silence, loyalty, time, energy and cooperation. They understand that without confidence in money systems or other controllable systems of exchange, they would have absolutely no power to convince common humans to support their programs and activities deemed most inconsistent with individual and global highest ideals. Unfortunately, when you observe the current global dependencies on and addictions to money and financial systems, it appears that they have been and continue to be highly successful. Most humans have not yet evolved to seriously contemplate and usher in sustainable, cooperative systems for a thriving planet and a peaceful human species in a non-monetized society structure. If you are comfortable and secure within self and loved ones, then you are afforded the luxury to contemplate higher thoughts such as the existence and investigation of all life and the capacity and responsibility of government entities to provide those answers. So, logically, you must be kept in a state of constant concern and worry for personal needs, health care, global conflicts in order to suppress your Big Bang questions and demanding your higher ordered, esoteric answers.

One-way communications exist where citizens loyally report all that they observe to government entities, however, no proportionate reciprocation of information, confirmation of alien life, advanced technology or knowledge are openly returned to the represented public by loyal governments. Aircraft pilots reporting UFOs risk losing their jobs and retirement pensions, simply because they would be truthfully reporting unusual events and evidence that covert entities wish to conceal. Policy for military commands  is information containment. The reason is either embarrassment or informed denial. Neither is a compelling justification to withhold evidence or knowledge of life.

Truth-seeking  U.S. citizens are systematically turned away from secret bases presumed to house alien-related technologies and possibly alive aliens themselves. One can only imagine how it feels to be denied from attending installations paid for by their own tax dollars. Reports indicated that citizens near these bases, such as Area51 in Nevada and Dugway Air Force Base in Utah USA, are intimidated with close-in military force like armed helicopter crews. Some sites are reported as having destroyed vehicles, warnings of dangerous chemicals and mutilated animals along paths approaching sensitive areas, Even if true, such observations are most likely psychological operations to subdue your will to proceed. On some level, this goes beyond the concealment of secrets and overlaps disrespect towards the common citizen.

How does a government explain countless sighting and physical evidence since at least the 1947 Roswell, New Mexico incident? Easily, they just don’t. Decision-makers don’t feel that they must disclose. Why? Because the citizens have not yet propelled Alien Life-UFO-USO disclosure as the most vital agenda facing mankind. Nowadays, average citizens are happily conditioned to debate about local issues, national elections and global conflicts as their limits of concern without making the direct connection between Alien Life-UFO-USO global disclosure and sustained global advancement. What is the human evolutionary impact of global non-disclosure policy:

Humans are systematically denied access to and benefits from the knowledge of life itself. Human entities are ignoring the fact that the discovery of life is central to the human experience, not to be allocated exclusively to a minority few.

Because the associated technologies are hidden from the global masses, related human advancements are subdued. The author believes that entities evolving to advanced levels of propulsion energy are likely to have experienced corresponding parallel advancements in unrelated technologies. These technologies would include communications, medical and health care, strength of materials, E=mC^2 matter-space-time manipulation and mental-psychic controls. How would you feel to be exempted from such advancements as a matter of deliberate human policies?

How can you, along with the entire human species, successfully retire global social problems while  certain covert entities of global influence act as if they own all that there is and that you, your children and every successive generation must continue to participate in never ending, competitive scenarios for inked paper currency exchanges, substandard energy resources and knowledge? Today, humans do not have an energy deficiency crisis but a free energy and technology sharing crisis. If you knew in your heart that rapidly releasing such knowledge and technologies for global benefit would surely end the need for global energy competition, financial transactions and conflict, then would you continue your life thoughts and activities as usual or would you become interested, concerned and perhaps aggressively advocate on behalf of the entire human race for full disclosure?  There lies the dilemma. You currently have no conclusive proof  of these realizations as a common citizen. So you yield to your regular momentum of life as usual while the path to true freedom is just within your unseen reach.

Think about it – if humans willingly committed to share all local and global resources based totally on cooperation in a non-monetized and non-compensation environment, then no means is generated to encourage you to engage in activities against your will or instincts such as stealing, murder, leaving your children without proper care or supervision, concealing secrets of global interests, developing weapons of mass destruction and global war. Without the worry of an income to provide for your family and your future, then collaborative organizations for which you willingly volunteer your expertise and time would have no power to bully you to do anything against your will. Covert entities not having the best interest for mankind will always resist free cooperation among the people while they continue their generational policies to their advantage and with full knowledge and means to deliver the entire human race away from this relatively substandard existence compared to what we should be experiencing.

Select humans could be traveling about planet earth in speeds unconsidered by most police and justice investigators.  Accordingly, criminal entities could escape captures, prosecutions and convictions due to “lack of opportunity to commit a crime” as it would be considered impossible to be at the crime scene while having a credible alibi for being far, far away only moments later due to covert transportation technologies. This is only one theoretical scenario of how covert technologies could aid in the obstruction of global justice.

With  past, present and future common citizens worldwide being unaware, covert entities could be hoarding advanced propulsion technologies and transport crafts in preparation for them to abandon planet earth. Did your tax dollars help pay for the crafts through black budgets? What entity deserves to choose who goes versus who remains behind on a dying planet? The evolutionary impact could be the total extinction of humans on earth. This scenario is a far reach for most humans to contemplate. But what is the harm in knowing the truth? What if you learned that there was limited capacity for only 144,000 humans out of approximately seven billion citizens globally?  Wouldn’t you want the truth far in advance so you could contemplate your future existence or perhaps even volunteer to help build more transport crafts in an open technology policy environment?

On the assumption of human-alien political ties or obligations, how can you rule out the possible existence of covert policies in direct opposition to the laws, wills, needs and advancements of humans? Such covert policies certainly could explain many financial funding plans, security laws, overt policies and global conflicts emanating from some governments.

What if you someday confirm that technologies and active programs exist to create, control and direct weather, tornadoes, hurricanes and earthquakes as massive weapons against targeted humans? There is no basis for the mere existence of life to be classified as a covert security issue. It is the opinion of the author that it should be contrary to global ethics and laws to hide, deny or delay open dissemination of the knowledge of any life form.

On some level, these conditions and disparities equate to a modern form of secret slavery where the vast majority of the enslaved or imprisoned innocent are unaware of their state of entrapment and their path to freedom.

Who gains by non-disclosure?

Entities that prosper by hoarding alien or reversed-engineered technologies to resist rapid global, non-commercial use gain financial and other advantages. Entities that maintain the vast body of technology and knowledge gain the capacity to exercise the same without the awareness and consent of but with effects or even controls upon individuals and sovereign entities worldwide.

Entities accessing, controlling and benefiting from such covert policies while you are deliberately exempted may suffer from some degree of false psychological superiority. They routinely benefit from something that you don’t have and may never get. Furthermore, they know that if you did get to share what they already enjoy, then they would have less or perhaps no means to elevate themselves over you at a psyche level. Even if such entities choose to release civilian applications of these covert technologies, be cautioned that every release date, patent owner, credit and financial gain is predetermined only by those controlling the technology. In effect, these entities initiate, restrict, monitor, monetize and otherwise control the advancement and use of covert and public technologies within global society. As a valued human citizen, you should contemplate whether you or self-selected covert entity groups are entitled to have equal access and benefit from universal knowledge and resources. Who gains by full disclosure?

You do. Your children and your descendants gain with full disclosure. With full disclosure, you get to live in a world without threats of global war due to energy competition. With full disclosure, you get to permanently move beyond the financial, security and psychological impacts of energy deficiencies on personal, national and global levels.

When you contemplate when and how humans will someday end any global crisis for scarce money resources, you will probably contemplate a means to increase the competitiveness and productivity of other nations and its citizens to increase their piece of the global financial resources. But you will totally miss the opportunity to organize to sustainably retire all financial and compensation competitions worldwide due to your lack of awareness of advanced knowledge and technologies that would provide an overflow of abundance of all essential and non-essential resources in a noncompetitive, collaborative environment. Upon release of all data, technologies and resources, you will rapidly reveal a socially and technologically advanced global environment without famine or the need or desire to compete with your fellow humans. With full disclosure, you get to initiate each day in an environment that does not depend on financial rewards or punishments for you, your successive family generations and your unknown global brothers and sisters.

With full disclosure and the corresponding retirement of money and finances, you get to pursue the multitude of complete education and training opportunities of your choice up to the doctorate level at zero cost, to receive quality zero cost health and medical care worldwide and to become co-creators or other valued contributors to ever evolving local and global collaboration projects.

When you contemplate when and how humans will someday end other local and global policies by political entities that institute negative or useless long-term effects upon the citizens, you will strive to create monetary distribution policies to meet the needs of the people. But you will totally miss the opportunity to participate in superior, win-win programs that do not depend on artificially created needs and desires for money, compensation, political power or global dominance. With full disclosure, you get to expose the characters, motives, methods and alliances that sustain covert global nondisclosure policies. You get to expose and comprehend the mechanisms that prevent you and fellow citizens globally from participating in sustained peace. Finally, you get to receive the knowledge to recognize and to defend against its re-emergence. Within the broader scheme of sustained global advancement, all current media dissemination of war, conflict, money crisis and policy negotiations are effects for the consumption and response of global viewers and listeners. Yes, those publicly announced responses will provide temporary respites for weeks or even decades. But the evidence of  non-sustainable solutions erupt when the same problems re-emerge in the near or far future.

The author asserts that it is literally impossible for the human race to break through its  current resource obstacles and to fulfill its desired society objectives in the absence of full global disclosure.

Successfully addressing and defeating local or global attacks on individual and group freedoms is temporary at best without fully dismantling the source. Violating entities will simply wait for more ripened opportunities to resume their habitual patterns. To eradicate obstacles to thriving human existence, the highest adversarial source must be removed. To identify, subdue and  eradicate prime obstacles to human advancement is why global disclosure must be publicly elevated as the top global issue. Alien-UFO-USO technologies and related knowledge are their prime jewels of control. Any act, goal, hope, news exposure, political effort or strategy to relieve sustained global suffering without complete covert global disclosure is certainly futile.

Entities will use national security as smoke screen explanations as long as you accept them. They have no power to convincingly justify continued covert policies and denials to you regarding the existence of life. Applications could be used in local, global and perhaps universal transportation and energy applications without competition or cost to you.  So you must speculate why possibly your government would intentionally deny you and the entire human race from such advancements. Can you fathom any justifiable national security issue to sustain your financial and social dependence on relatively primitive technologies, resources and capabilities while “they” embark on adventures with superior technologies at your expense?

From a humanitarian perspective, how do you resolve that certain human entities intentionally deny you the benefit of the most expeditious emergency medical assistance? With a civilian, non-commercial application of UFO-USO crafts and propulsion technologies, emergency aid could be within your physical proximity within seconds after notification and arrive at a competent medical facility worldwide within one minute. We “smell a rat” refers to unexplained scenarios that are coupled with investigator instincts that key information to complete the truthful picture is intentionally hidden. Accordingly, this rat has been decaying at least since 1947.

What institutionalized psyche must have manifested to sustain such a long-term policy covertly from most humans globally at virtually any cost or measure? Without this disclosure, you will never know. You cannot directly know of any covert influences on war declarations, resource acquisitions, exorbitant funding demands and false media propaganda.  Fully unravel and disclose the Alien-UFO-USO covert nondisclosure agenda and you simultaneously unravel and reveal the characters, motives, technologies and means used to separate man from his global brothers. Are humans better off not having official government confirmation of Alien, UFO-USO existence?

All questions must be answered with the relentless pursuit of human truth. Otherwise, government (leadership) becomes vulnerable to accusations of policies and activities that do not serve the people but other covert, competing entities. (this may be treason in some countries) Many citizens will not fully comprehend the newly revealed data related to the abundance of confirmed intelligent, non-human or non-earth life forms and our destiny within them. If knowledge is power, then each uninformed earth human has been intentionally and systematically denied personal power that begins with the awareness of life itself.

On your presumption that intelligent alien life exists, you would retain an opinion whether those selected are the best to represent you and the human race. By default, you would be delegating 100% authority in the performance and intentions of those not chosen by you to communicate, act and negotiate for you in circumstances where you have not been properly briefed. How would you feel about that, especially when you would not even exists in the communications loop? Even if those selected are considered competent, then wise men and women must know that well-thought, informed opinions of potentially over seven billion earth humans are potentially superior and more collectively supportive than the opinions of an auditorium of humans.

Citizens entrust policymakers with considerable independence and latitude to ensure their best interests. But know that permanent secrecy with technologies that would retire major forms of global suffering and institute sustained global advancement does not represent their goals, wishes or ideals. The ethical and beneficial self test for involved entities is to determine if both the citizens of your country and the collective human species would appreciate all that they do if all data, knowledge, past activities, future plans and intentions were publicly and globally disseminated and understood. When the people believe that they fail this test, then they are classified as obstacles to global human advancement.

What about superior technologies to be protected by non-disclosure?

There may be very limited justifications for withholding advance weapons technologies, but the existence of all technologies must be publicly known. Additionally, that does not excuse relevant knowledge-holders from rapidly releasing related technology applications that would benefit humanity on a non-commercial, non-competitive basis. Hypothetically, if arbitrary covert human being “A” gets a quick, scenic and comfortable ride to the planet Jupiter for lunch, then shouldn’t you also be entitled to similar excursions?

Without your knowledge and consent as a human being, you delegate authority to determine which technologies should be used in military applications. Because you are out of the covert loop by design, you cannot firmly exercise your freedom of speech whether to use or not to use certain technologies for defense, human control, monitoring or any other unpublicized purpose.

Free and efficient energy will boost nations toward non-aggressive and non-competitive policies towards other nations. Non-disclosure of technologies that could sustain free and non-competitive energy sources contributes to global instability. Undisclosed technologies forced the global masses into generations of dependencies and conflicts due to fossil fuel demand competition and subjecting humans to substandard transportation methods at premium prices. Because of the close relationship between available energy resources and global conflict, covert policies for advanced energy technologies may be directly responsible for sustained conflicts among sovereign nations. Free and abundant energy will contribute to global peace and should not be hoarded and denied due to covert policies.

Are rights and needs of scientific communities being violated by non-disclosure?

I do not believe that I’m alone to say that the knowledge of all life falls under the auspices of science. All knowledge relating to both human and non-human life is not and should never be a security issue. Otherwise, entities would or could have claimed security justifications to hide other life species such as the fruit fly, lion or any prehistoric life.

Activism – What Can You Do?

Trust your instincts. Every fiber in your body tells you that something is not right. Truth is constantly bombarding your mind regarding the extent of covert nondisclosure policies and that you are fully entitled to the truth, simply because you are a human being. Elected leaders are in positions of primary service to the represented people. Otherwise, they are in primary service to other entities. Primary loyalty cannot coexist towards both. Interest conflicts must be eliminated.

All you need to do as a single citizen is to decide that those in leadership are accountable to provide the Big Bang answers to you. Then choose your peaceful capacity to demand global disclosure. Your path may lead you to write and share your personal truths online, similarly to this report. You may gather like-minded people to discuss the issues and future implications. You may write or visit your government representatives. You may plan peaceful methods to grow the mission of global disclosure.

Coordinate a global campaign to place disclosure as the number one political and personal agenda. Then, vote only for candidates fully committed to the global disclosure cause and hold them accountable to their commitment after in office. When typical pathways fail, broader methods are required. By intentionally or unintentionally denying you advanced, free, unlimited energy resources, you are enslaved to the cost and inconvenience to acquire fossil fuel sources. Groups around the world can demonstrate their wishes by coordinating specific days to blink their automotive emergency flashers during safe parked conditions such as parking lots. If such mild communications are still insufficient, then it will be time to confront them where their attention is focused- money. Be creative. Print and disseminate global disclosure t-shirts, car covers and buttons. You can add evidence of chosen historic events. Concerned entities must determine for themselves what responses are appropriate and effective.

Lobby for global laws to classify the deliberate, false, deceptive denials or omissions of the existence, characteristics, capabilities, locations, numbers, goals of human-alien or human-non-human relationships with intelligent life forms (encompassing all interactions between earth-born-humans and either non-earth-born or commonly unknown species) and associated technologies to be criminal offenses against the advancement and security of humanity.
