Unfortunately, when you observe the current global dependencies on and addictions to money and financial systems, it appears that they have been and continue to be highly successful. Most humans have not yet evolved to seriously contemplate and usher in sustainable, cooperative systems for a thriving planet and a peaceful human species in a non-monetized society structure. If you are comfortable and secure within self and loved ones, then you are afforded the luxury to contemplate higher thoughts such as the existence and investigation of all life and the capacity and responsibility of government entities to provide those answers. So, logically, you must be kept in a state of constant concern and worry for personal needs, health care, global conflicts in order to suppress your Big Bang questions and demanding your higher ordered, esoteric answers.

One-way communications exist where citizens loyally report all that they observe to government entities, however, no proportionate reciprocation of information, confirmation of alien life, advanced technology or knowledge are openly returned to the represented public by loyal governments. Aircraft pilots reporting UFOs risk losing their jobs and retirement pensions, simply because they would be truthfully reporting unusual events and evidence that covert entities wish to conceal. Policy for military commands  is information containment. The reason is either embarrassment or informed denial. Neither is a compelling justification to withhold evidence or knowledge of life.

Truth-seeking  U.S. citizens are systematically turned away from secret bases presumed to house alien-related technologies and possibly alive aliens themselves. One can only imagine how it feels to be denied from attending installations paid for by their own tax dollars. Reports indicated that citizens near these bases, such as Area51 in Nevada and Dugway Air Force Base in Utah USA, are intimidated with close-in military force like armed helicopter crews. How does a government explain countless sighting and physical evidence since at least the 1947 Roswell, New Mexico incident? Easily, they just don’t. Think about it – if humans willingly committed to share all local and global resources based totally on cooperation in a non-monetized and non-compensation environment, then no means is generated to encourage you to engage in activities against your will or instincts such as stealing, murder, leaving your children without proper care or supervision, concealing secrets of global interests, developing weapons of mass destruction and global war. Without the worry of an income to provide for your family and your future, then collaborative organizations for which you willingly volunteer your expertise and time would have no power to bully you to do anything against your will. Covert entities not having the best interest for mankind will always resist free cooperation among the people while they continue their generational policies to their advantage and with full knowledge and means to deliver the entire human race away from this relatively substandard existence compared to what we should be experiencing.

Who gains by non-disclosure?

Entities that prosper by hoarding alien or reversed-engineered technologies to resist rapid global, non-commercial use gain financial and other advantages. But you will totally miss the opportunity to organize to sustainably retire all financial and compensation competitions worldwide due to your lack of awareness of advanced knowledge and technologies that would provide an overflow of abundance of all essential and non-essential resources in a noncompetitive, collaborative environment. Upon release of all data, technologies and resources, you will rapidly reveal a socially and technologically advanced global environment without famine or the need or desire to compete with your fellow humans. With full disclosure, you get to initiate each day in an environment that does not depend on financial rewards or punishments for you, your successive family generations and your unknown global brothers and sisters.

With full disclosure and the corresponding retirement of money and finances, you get to pursue the multitude of complete education and training opportunities of your choice up to the doctorate level at zero cost, to receive quality zero cost health and medical care worldwide and to become co-creators or other valued contributors to ever evolving local and global collaboration projects.

When you contemplate when and how humans will someday end other local and global policies by political entities that institute negative or useless long-term effects upon the citizens, you will strive to create monetary distribution policies to meet the needs of the people. But you will totally miss the opportunity to participate in superior, win-win programs that do not depend on artificially created needs and desires for money, compensation, political power or global dominance. With full disclosure, you get to expose the characters, motives, methods and alliances that sustain covert global nondisclosure policies. You get to expose and comprehend the mechanisms that prevent you and fellow citizens globally from participating in sustained peace. Finally, you get to receive the knowledge to recognize and to defend against its re-emergence. Within the broader scheme of sustained global advancement, all current media dissemination of war, conflict, money crisis and policy negotiations are effects for the consumption and response of global viewers and listeners. Yes, those publicly announced responses will provide temporary respites for weeks or even decades. But know that permanent secrecy with technologies that would retire major forms of global suffering and institute sustained global advancement does not represent their goals, wishes or ideals. The ethical and beneficial self test for involved entities is to determine if both the citizens of your country and the collective human species would appreciate all that they do if all data, knowledge, past activities, future plans and intentions were publicly and globally disseminated and understood. When the people believe that they fail this test, then they are classified as obstacles to global human advancement.

What about superior technologies to be protected by non-disclosure?

There may be very limited justifications for withholding advance weapons technologies, but the existence of all technologies must be publicly known. Additionally, that does not excuse relevant knowledge-holders from rapidly releasing related technology applications that would benefit humanity on a non-commercial, non-competitive basis. Hypothetically, if arbitrary covert human being “A” gets a quick, scenic and comfortable ride to the planet Jupiter for lunch, then shouldn’t you also be entitled to similar excursions?

Without your knowledge and consent as a human being, you delegate authority to determine which technologies should be used in military applications. Are rights and needs of scientific communities being violated by non-disclosure?

I do not believe that I’m alone to say that the knowledge of all life falls under the auspices of science. All knowledge relating to both human and non-human life is not and should never be a security issue. Otherwise, entities would or could have claimed security justifications to hide other life species such as the fruit fly, lion or any prehistoric life.

Trust your instincts. Every fiber in your body tells you that something is not right. The beauty of this report for you is not in which parts are actually confirmed by you to be true today, but in its capacity for you and other individuals worldwide to consider the theories presented, to analyze all data with your logical mind, to conduct independent risk analysis for self and mankind and to implement action plans to reveal and to benefit from the truth. Any one theory contemplated, if true, is sufficient justification to warrant full disclosure as a global mandate in order to satisfy individual and global concerns, to identify and remove entities actively suppressing mankind and to proactively advance the entire human species.

What if your computer fails and requires OS (operating system) crisis management? Perhaps it will be exposed to a computer virus or other malicious software. Either way, you will decide whether to pay and wait for professional assistance, install diagnostic software from the web or conduct your own surgical hardware analysis procedures. What about all the valuable and unrecoverable data files and software installed? Will you have access to full system backups? Will an entire operating systems disk be repurchased to restore default functionality within your latest deadline? What if you had Linux?

Those unfamiliar with Linux operating systems probably did not notice the extreme unavailability of Linux and compatible software sold in their favorite computer stores, both locally and on the web. This is not an error but intentionally decided by commercial supply and demand principles. Linux distributions (distros) are predominantly FREE operating systems for your desktop, netbook and portable devices and can be easily downloaded online at zero cost to users. There is strong demand within the Linux community for totally free software packages that rival their commercial counterparts.

Linux software became alive in 1991 and, with few commercial software exceptions, are free to the general public. Linux is possible due to collaborations of programmers, designers, kernel managers and other essential professionals worldwide. Only decades ago, global collaboration projects such as Linux had a chance of success only with government-sized financial support. Now, individuals around the world form valuable online communities to accomplish great feats such as the Linux OS distributions.

It’s an open-source OS, with the source codes of the kernel and add-on packages available for viewing and modification. Many distribution sites have links available to their source files. How many operating system companies welcome you to view and edit their source codes that you paid for to run on your computer?

Approximately 100 primary distributions, each with various versions, are available for free download. Many distributions are only about 600MB in download size and utilizes very few computer resources. Although they would would run fast on modern computer systems, older computers would really experience new life. Actually there are several downloads of only 50MB-100MB. Tiny-Core Linux is a very minimal install at only 10MB.  Imagine the speed gained there. Many can be installed and booted from a USB drive or CD,run resident within your computers RAM memory and independent of your current OS and hard drive. Note that you must enable USB drive priority boot sequence in your computer BIOS setup, entered usually by pressing the F2 function key during the computer boot sequence (Be careful, as BIOS is not a novice environment and incorrect settings can cause problems). Many enjoy full hard drive installations of their current favorite Linux distribution, subject to change at a personal whim. Essentially, you have nothing to lose by installing Linux OS distributions and testing several of them per day.

Linux users are less vulnerable to computer attacks. Some argue that they are immune from sustained damage due to computer attacks. There is justification among those who boot from a fixed CD-R/ DVD-R read-only installation, such that a computer restart will clear RAM memory and restore the operating system function to its clean, default state every time. The popular LIVE rewritable installations capable of editing files and adding packages (programs) to them and storing those changes for future user sessions are theoretically very secure, as unwanted executable files may find their way on a Linux installation but will have difficulty doing harm without user-approved execution (this is my current understanding). There are simply too many built-in security features to explore here.

LIVE USB and CD installations enable you to carry your entire operating system and personal files with you for added convenience. USB, however, has the advantage of added versatility as some netbook computers now lack CD drives. However, essentially all modern personal computers have some level of USB support. Also consider that USB and CD Linuxes enable you to boot up your computer during a crisis to recover vital files from Linux, Windows, Mac or other hard drives installations. So, you can still boot up, scan and clean those viruses and other pesky malwares. In fact, Linux grants you full access to system data on a drive, including boot and other hidden system files. Did you know that the Linux WineHQ add-on package enables execution of varied Microsoft Windows programs? No? How about that many distributions can be loaded virtually inside Windows? You get free application packages and future upgrades via the internet.

If you just want a lightening fast portable Linux distribution to review, install and boot PuppyLinux from a USB drive and you will have a free OS that loads in less than a minute with full wi-fi, ethernet networking support and much more. Try Adriane-Knoppix with Compiz-Fusion rotating 3D desktop alternative and the built-in screen reader for the visually impaired. The Adriane-Knoppix distribution was named in reference to the developers’ wife, Adriane, who is visually impaired and contributed to the project – what a wonderful story. SugarLabs provides a child-friendly educational environment for learners between five and twelve years old. Ubuntu, suggesting humanity and community, is a very popular “distro” with African roots and colors. Note that donations for the various Linux distributions are welcomed.

It is the opinion of the author that Linux has enough material and global interest to sustain television broadcast level production. Imagine: the history of Linux, comparisons and contrasts of the Linux distributions, benchmark and feature comparisons with other operating systems, meet the developers and other contributors, “featured Distro of the Week”, GUI versus CLI, how-to questions and answers segment from received email/phone/video conferencing, specialty distro versions for the eeePC, terminology education, what is “sudo?”, live training for installation modes and use of common features, about the Linux community, stories of those converted to Linux, how to get involved, future evolution of Linux, the Linux collaboration model extended to address and retire undesirable human-created global issues, etc.

There is an enormous population of qualified guests for broadcast segments. Segment locations can vary globally. If cautious, start out with a weekend test segment on a popular technology channel or program. If needed, there are grant and good-will sponsor funding sources out there! Does anyone out there get my point?

Nevertheless, this article is revealed not only to further promote Linux and the multitude of volunteers that help make it an overwhelming success. Linux is featured here as a real-world example and model for what humans can achieve globally in the absence of competition for money and profits. Surely, the contributing programmers do compete informally as a matter of personal pride to produce the best user experiences or to create specialty tools that require minimal resources, but all of humanity becomes the beneficiaries in a non-competitive environment. Humans must evolve to eagerly provide goods and services based primarily on the needs of the people instead of profits and influence.

Under this volunteer model, Linux continues to grow as programmers and other contributors offer their expertise during spare time, away from paid employment. So then, what becomes the capacity for the entire human race by someday extending this model to include collaborations of local computer diagnostics and repair, food, water, housing, education and knowledge? Similar lifestyle collaboration and cooperation models could actually solve deficiencies in food, medical, shelter and information resources worldwide. Humans need only to identify and remove root causes of their own suffering – entities and systems that discourage and ignore obvious paths for sustained global human advancement such as through cooperation and collaboration.

At your convenience, download, install and review the myriad of Linux distributions as evidence of what humans can achieve in the absence of monetary motives. Upon becoming comfortable with your new free resources, you are encouraged to ponder about the human calamities just waiting to be solved and retired using similar cooperative models.

Proposed Amendments to the U.S. Constitution to add Legislative Powers to the Citizens.

Introduction:

The Citizens Vote will serve to ensure that the voices and desires of the citizens within the union exert a direct influence on the laws upon which the people are governed. Citizens of the union will clearly realize the countless bills refused or delivered to properly reflect the will of the people. The Citizens Vote will provide the mechanism by which the citizens will grow more secure due to their increased knowledge and influence in matters affecting them. It will rapidly be exposed as the path to healing that the union has envisioned.

Article I- The Legislative Branch

Section I – The Legislature

All legislative Powers herein granted shall be vested in a Congress [and the citizens] of the United States. The Congress shall consist of a Senate and House of Representatives. [Eligible citizens are those currently qualified to vote in the national presidential elections.]

Section VII. – Revenue Bills, Legislative Process, Presidential Veto

All bills for raising Revenue shall originate in the House of Representatives; but the Senate [and the Citizens Vote] may propose or concur with Amendments as on other Bills.

Every Bill which shall have passed the House of Representatives, the Senate [and the Citizens Votes], shall, before it become a Law, be presented to the President of the United States; If he approve he shall sign it, but if not he shall return it, with his Objections to that House in which it shall have originated, who shall enter the Objections at large on their Journal, and proceed to reconsider it. If after such Reconsideration two thirds of that House shall agree to pass the Bill, it shall be sent, together with the Objections, to the other House [and the Citizens Votes], by which it shall likewise be reconsidered, and if approved by two thirds of that House [and the Citizens Votes], it shall become a Law. But in all such Cases the Votes of both Houses shall be determined by Yeas and Nays, and the Names of the Persons voting for and against the Bill shall be entered on the Journal of each House respectively. If any Bill shall not be returned by the President within ten Days (Sundays excepted) after it shall have been presented to him, the Same shall be a Law, in like Manner as if he had signed it, unless the Congress by their Adjournment prevent its Return, in which Case it shall not be a Law.

Every Order, Resolution, or Vote to which the Concurrence of the Senate and House of Representatives [and the Citizens Votes], may be necessary (except on a question of Adjournment) shall be presented to the President of the United States; and before the Same shall take Effect, shall be approved by him, or being disapproved by him, shall be repassed by two thirds of the Senate and House of Representatives  [and the Citizens Votes], according to the Rules and Limitations prescribed in the Case of a Bill.

Each “voting district” shall engage proposed bills in the following manner: Having received or otherwise procured access to all published and enumerated bills passed by the House and the Senate for review no later than the twenty-first day of the current month, all such bills will be placed for voluntary voting by the qualified citizens of the union within their respective “voting districts” to be conducted on the last three days of the current month.

Union citizens or “voting districts” shall receive or otherwise procure access to all final congressional bills for the Citizens Vote by the twenty-first day of each month. Bills not publicly released by the “voting districts” and thus unavailable for review by all union “voting districts” and citizens by the twenty-first day of the present month shall be carried forward to the next month for vote.

Each “voting district” shall collect, tally and report the Citizens Vote results from all eligible congressional bills and the motions from the union Citizens Vote and shall be conducted during the last three days of each month.

[Whenever two thirds of both Houses of Congress or two thirds of the Citizens Vote] shall deem it necessary, shall propose Amendments to this Constitution, or, on the Application of the Legislatures of two thirds of the several States, shall call a Convention for proposing Amendments, which, in either Case, shall be valid to all Intents and Purposes, as Part of this Constitution, when ratified by the Legislatures of three fourths of the several States or by Conventions in three fourths thereof, as the one or the other Mode of Ratification may be proposed by the Congress; Provided that no Amendment which may be made prior to the Year One thousand eight hundred and eight shall in any Manner affect the first and fourth Clauses in the Ninth Section of the first Article; and that no State, without its Consent, shall be deprived of its equal Suffrage in the Senate.

Implications and Justifications:

• The founding fathers clearly intended the constitution to serve the people – We the People. Our constitution was conceived, designed and ratified during times of relatively limited technology. A pure republic, representative form of government was ideal then because there were limited means to interact among the citizens in a rapid and reliable manner. Technologies did not support the rapid and efficient development and exchange of individual thoughts necessary for an effective democratic government ultimately by the people. Yet, a government of the people as close as possible was a must.  So, a republic, representative system was the logical choice for that time. However, because the founders were also wise enough to incorporate the means to evolve, the constitution has survived with twenty-seven amendment ratifications. Today, modern technologies deliver information to and from citizens in close to real time. Citizens are now empowered with the information tools and resources to become effective contributors to policy on a routine basis.
• Now, we the people are at a crossroads where we can choose to define our future paths, and perhaps more active new roles, under a new amendment to the constitution that couples the representative strengths of our republic with authentic and informed democratic voting powers of the citizens as a vital added check upon congressional powers.

• On occasions, the citizens have been subjected to government that appears to ignore the clear and firm voices of the majority of citizens and chooses to pass bills potentially against the words or spirits of our constitution. Furthermore, in an era when some elected representatives are vulnerable to failing to read bills before casting their votes, the citizens are in need of additional and permanent checks and balancing powers.

• The Citizens Vote would serve as a stopping brake to legislation deemed too extreme by the constituency. Because it potentially could be used to initiate new bills and motions for congress, the Citizens Vote could be the mechanism to accelerate addressing issues of public concern historically avoided by government.

• The citizens of the union are especially vulnerable when both the legislative and executive branches do not listen to and respect the union citizen majority. Our constitution designed the legislative and executive branches as checking and balancing mechanisms. The presidential performance clause is a direct check to end lingering, undesirable presidential performance that would normally continue for an entire term. It empowers the citizens of the union against allied legislative and executive branch forces acting against the wills of the citizens. Similar performance clauses could be incorporated at state levels to protect the citizens from their respective representatives.

• The time period between the twenty-first day and the last three days of the month for the Citizens Vote offers from seven to ten days for citizens to deliberate among themselves regarding all eligible bills pending the Citizens Vote. This is a valuable time period for interaction, debate, exchange and contemplation that will not only clarify the issues and implications before voting, but also mesh together individual communities and the union to close the shared interests communication gaps among us.

• Since bills passing both the House and the Senate must then pass the Citizens Vote prior to being sent to the president, any subsequent motions to modify the powers or procedures of the Citizens Votes would also be subject to the Citizens Vote.

• While this effort is currently a work-in-progress in need of professional and legislative language, this proposal can be used now as a template for citizens around the world to contemplate and derive authentic democratic government formations with the citizens as influential entities.

Among approximately 200 sovereign nation leaders on earth, why are they unable or unwilling to secure the peaceful will of the estimated 7 billion global population, of which the vast majority want peace and would be willing to share resources to achieve it?

Why would any intelligent entity desire to harm, dominate or control another, unless it was unknown to them that the mere thoughts of harming, dominating and controlling actually destroy self?

Why would any responsible human entity intentionally deny the knowledge of life from another human? Covert entities are suspected of concealing the mere existence of  alien, non-human life. They would prefer that you continue absorbing the filtered versions of global news, worrying about oil prices, indulging in the next sports games, celebrity icons, wardrobe you will wear while they embark on the greatest covert encounters and journeys in human history- all at your financial expense.

Why would a civilization intentionally compete for resources when it could thrive  by sharing and cooperating?

Homeless Solution Alternative for the City Mayor and City Government.

Issues and Conditions:

Homeless Conditions:

For  a variety of reasons, people find themselves in homeless conditions. Solicited donations to homeless citizens are sometimes used to rent hotel rooms to escape unforgiving weather. To support other critical needs and objectives, homeless citizens need a reliable and secure place to sleep, especially overnight. Otherwise, family, employment, health, emotional states and overall functionality will be at further risk.

Traditional City Issues & Strategy:

Cities often find themselves unable to sustain the shelter needs of the homeless population, primarily due to financial constraints.

City management tries to implement policies best for traditional and homeless residents, but it is difficult to achieve a mix that accommodates both. Cities usually offer some form of shelters. However, availabilities are temporary and not guaranteed. Often city policies are against loitering, panhandling, sleeping in public or in cars. It is clear that cities need alternate homeless strategies to satisfy the interests of city management, business/residential entities and the homeless population.

Policy Proposal:

Minimum Requirements:

One vacant lot, portable restroom facilities and one on-duty staff person is required to establish a minimum Park-N-Sleep site. The lot is to be enclosed by a wall or fence suitable for security and privacy. Although there would be an emergency exit, there would be only one authorized entry and exit point which is monitored by an on-duty staff person. Those needing a place to sleep would drive to the gate entrance, be greeted by the on-duty staff, directed to the site rules clearly posted, provided with a vehicle pass for display and then allowed to park and sleep overnight.

Optional Modifications and Considerations:

Access can be more comprehensive with the presentation of valid identification and filling out a registration form to include names and ages of all car guests, vehicle identification data, anticipated number of nights as guests and a certification that all rules are understood and potential penalties for violations.

Parking spaces could be numbered to designate reserved areas. Pavement markings could outline traffic, entrance and exit pathways.

Park-N-Sleep sites could make available window covers, eye-blinders, earplugs and other coverings to filter out occasional disruptions. Do-Not-Disturb signs for each car would discourage disturbing guests who desire privacy. Transactions could be free, loan, rent or purchase.

More formal sites could provide official mailing addresses to guests, using mailboxes or personalized mail baskets for mail administration. Decision-makers must not underestimate this policy to satisfy employment eligibility requirements.

Homeless services paraphernalia, resources and contact phone numbers could be readily available as handouts.

Suggested Site Rules:

Prohibited:

• Unmonitored children under 18 years of age.
• Horn blowing, loud music, excessive revving of engines / disruptive noises.
• Headlights Hi/Lo beam. (Assumes safe external lighting for driver safety.)
• Pets.
• Alcoholic beverages, illegal drugs, guns, knives and other weapons. (strictly enforced by local law.)
• Unlocked doors.
• Cooking.
• Sexual activity or Indecent exposure.
• Tampering with cars or property of others.
• Littering and improper food disposal.
• Flat tires. (noncritical – recommended for general appearances and morale.)
• Unofficial visits.
• Disregarding Do-Not-Disturb signs on guest cars. (except emergencies.)

General courtesy should be practiced at all times.

PARK-N-SLEEP assumes no liability for property or personal damages incurred on the premises.

Vehicles, properties and guests are subject to search for contraband while on the premises.

Guests are subject to DUI sobriety and other testing.

Violators are subject to temporary or permanent revocation of guest privileges and legal prosecution.

Site Selection:

Park-N-Sleep locations should be free from excess environmental noises, lights and odors that would impair proper sleep. Location selection should also consider proximity to needed storage facilities and bus routes, especially for guests who do not drive. Ideally, the site would be near affordable food establishments and YMCA,YWCA or other affordable gyms for showering privileges. Selection should also consider average commute times to the most common work subdivisions.

To avoid typical community objections, site should not be within or  adjacent to established residential communities.

Obstacles Expected:

Rigid City Management Philosophy:

City management may initially dismiss the idea of authorizing its citizens to sleep in their cars. PARK-N-SLEEP is a compromise between continuing homeless policies that simply do not work and allowing unlimited sleeping in cars citywide. The PARK-N-SLEEP program can provide all interested homeless citizens a shelter from the environment under controlled conditions and at predetermined locations. Thus, management of homeless citizens will be greatly facilitated.

The PARK-N-SLEEP program should not be delayed because policy-makers devise the many scenarios against it, while having no superior alternative to substitute in its place.

City Code:

Relevant codes that restrict sleeping in cars should be modified to accommodate city controlled PARK-N-SLEEP sites.

Security Intervention:

Programs of this nature are not immune from incidents. Sites must have clearly established staff policies and protocols for police, fire and medical intervention. Sites should consider audio and video recordings of all areas. Roving security staff should be considered, especially if all property cannot be easily seen by the gate staff.

Multi-Use:

Depending on the site size and intent for usage, guests could be limited to noncommercial transportation vehicles. Otherwise, larger sites could have special areas for large trucks, RVs and Trailers. The separate area will ensure a minimum peace and availability for regular guests.

Limited car ownership, availability and driving privileges:

Some homeless individuals have neither cars nor current driver licenses. Therefore, car donations to the Park-N-Post program will enable anyone to sleep at the site.  If donated cars are in short supply or for other prudent reasons, PARK-N-SLEEP may choose to prevent donated cars to be driven. Then, the drive or axle systems of donated cars should be disabled to prevent movement. Recipients of donated cars will have access to entry, exit and ignition for heating and cooling purposes. Cities need not delay implementing minimal PARK-N-SLEEP programs in order to accomodate car donations.

The on-duty or security staff will have duplicate keys for all donated cars at all times. Good heating and air conditioning systems would be preferred over aesthetic appearances of donated cars. Qualified local automotive repair specialists could be encouraged to volunteer to perform regular maintenance in exchange for tax breaks.

The optional donated,  immobilized cars will require regular intervention for gas and maintenance. Donated cars do bear added expenses and risks, thus they may be deemed unsuitable  for some city PARK-N-SLEEP programs.

Guest Safety:

To help protect guests and property, all car doors are required to be locked at all times while guests are in or away from their cars.

Those sleeping while running heat could provide a window opening of a minimum prescribed size to prevent carbon monoxide issues. PARK-N-SLEEP sites can provide mandatory, properly-sized inserts into car windows as evidence of sufficient ventilation. To retain maximum heat, one alternate approach is to use portable carbon monoxide detectors within the compartment of each car. While private car owners would be responsible for their own energy expenses, this policy option would increase city energy expenses for  guests using donated cars. Policy could be adapted to disallow running engines of donated cars or all cars at the site. In doing so, guests would rely exclusively on sufficient blankets and clothing for warmth.

More developed sites should strive for an optimum layout compromise between maximum site capacity and distances among parked vehicles. While close, adjacent parking spaces will maximize capacity, it would also increase accidental door-to-car contacts, damages and sleep interruptions due to insufficient minimum space between vehicles. Parking space layouts should incorporate side buffer zones between cars to reduce these occurrences. Likewise, front buffer zones would reduce accidental fender-bumper contacts.

Parents With Children:

It is generally accepted that living in a car is not an environment for children. Accordingly, all registrations with children are immediately referred to local social services system intervention to find suitable shelter arrangements. If after exhausting every resource, no suitable place is found, then the PARK-N-SLEEP site becomes their best option for temporary sleep and safety until an improved family environment becomes available. The site is preferred to the alternative of parking in unknown and dangerous areas with children. Parents must monitor all children under their care at all times for their safety, according to site policy.

Drug Users:

A zero tolerance drug possession and use policy must be fully enforced while on PARK-N-SLEEP sites as a prerequisite for all guests. Site drug behavior will rapidly degrade the intended use and relative enjoyment of PARK-N-SLEEP sites. On-duty staff must be trained to report all known or suspected drug activity to police. Verified or voluntary admission of drug addictions should be referred according to local protocols for services and appropriate medical and other professional interventions.

Restrictive Qualifications Requirements:

The goal is to ensure that essentially any adult agreeing to the site terms can obtain rest at the site. Because the reasons for homeless status are varied, data such as income, employment, cause of homelessness or previous residency may be collected but should not be considered for qualification.

City Mayors and PARK-N-SLEEP Management:

The goal is not to place an excessive burden on city finances and resources. Minimum sites could offer limited hours to enable only overnight sleep. Note that this plan would not accommodate those working alternate hours and unfortunately would be unavailable for this limited time PARK-N-SLEEP service.

To reduce or possibly eliminate city budgeting concerns, city government should consider local PARK-N-SLEEP sponsorships and donations from individuals, businesses and goodwill organizations. Land may be donated by philanthropic organizations and individuals, as providing a path to sheltering those in need is a very noble cause. Likewise, many individuals will search their hearts and will be eager to donate their unused cars, knowing that their gifts will provide much needed shelters for others.  A comprehensive search may reveal that state or federal funds could be considered for this program under emergency relief, social need, research or other essential services.

City officials should not dismiss the efficiency gained  and cost reduced by using the sites as one-spot screening and delivery locations for  homelessness related duties by local social services departments. This will actually reduce time and fuel expenses related to identifying and serving the homeless population.

Mayors and city council representatives may habitually desire “business as usual” homeless policies. The topic may be politically sensitive. What is unrealized are the many eligible voters who would be very grateful for their improved daily conditions due to this new city program.

Remember that while citizens may lose their homes, they often have cars.  A suitable, secure parking site could be just what they need for now.

City Management may consider an open community hearing to obtain a consensus of all affected parties, which includes the locall homeless population.

Contingencies should be considered for full capacity demand. If the current lot becomes full, the staff should call or provide phone numbers to alternate PARK-N-SLEEP sites within the city or nearby cities. To ensure fairness, reservations should be disallowed as a policy. Space should be provided as available.

For long-term management, city governments should consider awarding contracts based on bid and experience to run their PARK-N-SLEEP programs.

Proper justice will be given to  this proposal only by perceiving it through the eyes and experiences of those homeless citizens who are actually living on the streets.  While some entities believe sleeping in cars to be uncivilized, those in need will find it to be an essential leap forward. So it is a matter of perspective and life experience. Ultimately, in the absence of a superior plan that sustains all homeless citizens, PARK-N-SLEEP  becomes the most feasible, effective and morally correct action.

Capacity and Expansion Limitations:

The capacity to provide for every interested homeless entity is limited only by the availability of feasible land and the number of donated automobiles to accommodate those not owning cars within the city.

PARK-N-SLEEP Adaptability  Challenges:

This proposal is actually a general template designed to be modified according to local needs and inspirations. Many varieties of PARK-N-SLEEP programs are possible to meet the needs of government, residential, business and homeless entities.

Vision:

This proposal is designed for cities requiring a fast, effective and sustainable plan for many homeless citizens. As difficult as one may imagine, this program may provide improved, long-term conditions for many. After giving full consideration and contemplation to this proposal, one will realize the potential for PARK-N-SLEEP programs to end “on-the-street” homelessness within any city at relatively low or zero cost to government.

It is speculation that city management may have the opportunity to possibly reclassify citizens at PARK-N-SLEEP sites as an improved status compared to “on the street” homeless citizens. While they would not be living in traditional homes, they also would not be “on the street.” They would be in a program that gives them the opportunity to sustain some degree of normality by having a fixed location to exist, rest and enjoy increased privacy. This policy supports further progress for positive individual self-esteem, optimism, employment eligibility, family stability, social bonds and contemplations for the future.

Army Major Nidal Hasan allegedly conducted a shooting spree killing at least 13 and injuring many more yesterday at Fort Hood, Texas USA. Nidal succumbed to mental disturbances that he as a practicing psychiatrist was responsible for identifying and treating in others. Condolences are offered to the loved ones of all who experienced losses due to this tragedy.

What is likely to happen in the immediate future based on historical responses is remarkably predictable. Society will be bombarded with media details, society will mourn, motives will be investigated, strategies and policies will be reviewed to address vulnerabilities and prosecutions will serve the interest of justice. Eventually the media will essentially cease all coverage of this event in support of the next breaking story. In essence, nothing significant will be done at the national and global levels to address the “root causes” that support these forms of harmful psyche activities in the future.

Because these beliefs and acts are not just U.S. military concerns but also global society issues, what is needed nationally and perhaps globally are regular stand-down periods where societies deliberately slow down to place much needed emphasis on nurturing the psyche development of all citizens. Stand down periods are advised where every human is nurtured, free of money issues or other common restrictions.

Parents and children would take time off, from work and school if necessary, to talk about their personal concerns and current quality of mental and emotional states.

Community and national governments would deliver long-term programs and strategies to address emotional and psyche states and their corresponding impacts on society. They will disseminate information regarding existing and future resources to nurture, treat and optimize quality of psyche at the individual level. The frequency and responsiveness of leadership will emphasize the commitment of this and every successive standdown.

Stand-downs will emphasize the quality of life of all citizens. To demonstrate a commitment to true healing, leadership will aggressively act to end social suffering wherever it exists. For general psyche support, strategies would be contemplated and implemented to permanently end homelessness and hunger within their communities, nationally and worldwide. Above all, a healthy psyche condition would be at the forefront to lead every response strategy.

The greatest potential of pending U.S. health care policy is in its capacity to evolve someday into literally free universal health care. Every global citizen would have zero cost health and medical care regardless of national citizenship or current geography. Quality health care would be provided without qualification. To complete the universal coverage ideal, the free universal health care policy would be extended to any human or peaceful species with origins outside of the earth atmosphere.

The United States is currently molding its version of national health care policy, dubbed Universal Health Care. Opponents of this system argue that nations currently under similar health care policy structures deliver substandard results. Of course, the ultimate goal is to provide quality health care for all citizens at a reasonable cost.

Expectation theory to predict policy outcomes include extreme results of total support, success, failure and resistance as outer boundaries that contain the expected and actual results. Historically, social policies tend to cycle through predictable patterns of implementation and reversal according to current leadership. This cyclical pattern continues over decades along with varying policy support by the current political entities in power. The relevant question is whether the adopted health care policy, regardless of how it’s constructed or its current measure of success, is destined to be reversed as expected at the earliest convenience of the next political opposition party with enough support to be voted into office, thus minimizing real change over time. This is the historical expectation.

The only path to avoid the expectation of net mediocre change is to adopt rare policies derived from highest ideals. A great obstacle to adopting a sustainable health and medical care policy based on highest ideals is that leaders are unwilling to listen to their inner voice regarding exactly what their highest ideals are. They are the ideals that have zero conflicts among any other highest ideal and therefore zero conflicts with any awakened entity. They cannot be heard from the dogma constraints of any political affiliation. They are ingrained but often buried within each human.

The main obstacle to credible health care policies is that humans are deriving policies from their lower selves. They use their creative mental forces and gifts to compromise and compete with their highest ideals and each other. For this reason, policy makers, advisors and global citizens will always feel cheated, even if they are happy with the relatively improved policies. They will not yet speak it aloud, but they know that human society have already sufficiently advanced in technology to achieve the highest ideal of true, zero cost health care that omits not one global citizen. Humans have advanced research laboratories, thousands of pharmaceutical organizations advancing medicines and procedures, accelerating rates for curing many diseases, fast transportation systems, real-time portable communication devices, a powerful and rapidly expanding body of medical knowledge and a global population size that enables the human race to train any desired quantity and proficiency of medical professionals. The higher self recognizes these capacities and immediately understands that money, compensation and the socialized “what’s in it for me?” mentality blocks fulfilling our global and individual highest ideals – one of which is true free global health care.

If the reader is still unconvinced on this idea, consider indulging in a hypothetical scenario to grasp the flaw in current human thinking. Consider the ideal that global science entities go to great extent to seek intelligent life beyond the earth. Hypothetically, if visited by an injured friendly alien life, then medical and science entities would surely provide every known human, technological and financial resource to aid the injured friendly alien. They would do so because of curiosity and the rare opportunity to answer many questions about how humans fit into the grand scheme of life in the universe. They would do so because of the chance to advance the human race from potential medical and technological knowledge gained. They would feel great pride in their accomplishments. However, they would feel an even greater loss if the injured alien could not be saved. Then what is the human psyche difference between caring for a hypothetical injured alien versus a global human in a very poor region on planet earth?

The psychological difference is the expected return. There is an extremely high expected return for saving a friendly alien compared to a suffering unknown human in a poor region on our own planet earth. Perhaps the progress paradox is that the alien would attempt to communicate that the advancements of its species were generated from policies that nurture every member of their species, without exception. Perhaps sharing this wisdom was a vital mission of the visit.

Current global health care policies do not aggressively pursue optimized health for every human as the expected returns are perceived to be too low. To acknowledge that using extensive, scarce resources to nurture any one human is unworthy of the expected return is equivalent to having a psyche that holds some humans and perhaps all of mankind in relative low esteem. The irony is in the rare understanding that any global resource is worth saving and nurturing any one human being. This understanding will be ingrained in the human psyche only after the realization that any nurtured life can rise above its limiting conditions to contribute knowledge, skills, inventions and advancement philosophies of global scope and benefit that far exceeds the cumulative efforts and resources nurtured into that life. Even if such returns over a lifetime are not formally recognized globally, advances will manifest in individual esteem, emotional security and in becoming a strong supporter of entities and policies that nurture those same highest ideals. In this regard, the socialized “what’s in it for me?” continue to block fulfilling our global and individual highest ideals.

The only relevant health and medical care restriction is whether the earth has the capacity for sufficient raw materials with which the required health-related tools and medicines can be engineered. That’s it. There are no other real obstacles. The remaining obstacles are human-created, human-sustained and illusionary. Our civilization have virtually unlimited human resources available to train to any level and specialty within the medical profession. The human race decides to restrict access to education and therefore medical expertise on the basis of financial resources available. Yes, human civilization is responsible for any global deficiency in medical personnel due to the outdated financial-social structures that continue to deny millions of would-be medical professionals worldwide. Furthermore, continuing to grant or deny medical knowledge, or any other information sharing, based on money or other compensation systems is the primary obstacle that prevents achievement of highest potentials, cooperative mentalities and collaborative relations worldwide. In the 21st century, college loans, discounts, scholarships and other financial management systems help many to participate within the broken systems that fail to provide every needed opportunity and sufficient skill globally. Since the human race became aware of how money and compensation systems enabled many but could never enable and serve all, then these systems should have formally expired long ago to be replaced with the security of unlimited access by every global citizen.

When medical cost issues arise today and in the future, remember that cost is the same outdated obstacle emerging to continue restricting access and efficient sharing of human knowledge and therefore restricting the number of available skilled medical and other professionals globally. Only those readers capable and willing to look beyond global financial systems can understand the progress that mankind unnecessarily sacrifices in order to continue debilitating global models based on finances and compensation,  which have approximately zero percent probability of sustaining every global citizen in the future.

Humans continue to compromise away from their highest ideals in exchange for temporary and competitive policies that lack support and vision to sustain their species for at least a one thousand year period. Without monetary or other compensation exchange for medical training, essential resources, labor or administration anywhere, what will be revealed is the only viable, long-term health care solution that can sustain all humans while simultaneously supporting other social advancement leap opportunities for the entire human race.

To realize true universal health care is to initiate global policies that unleash the highest ideals of humanity by: 1) realizing that the human race will never have money problems but cooperation problems 2) providing true care to every human on planet earth with care extended to those beyond our planet. 3) removing all financial and other compensations, enabling true care for all in need. 4) shifting from mentalities that require compensations for essential products and services and 5) shifting towards mentalities that encourage cooperation, volunteering and sharing of all resources.

The United States would achieve a great win for its people by acknowledging and following its destined highest ideals and inviting the rest of the global community to join them. The U.S. would gain global favor and increased security by demonstrating its desire to lead the march towards authentic and noncompetitive sharing of medical knowledge, technology, skilled human resources and goodwill. Other global nations would join the U.S. to adopt this policy as it reflects also their unspoken highest ideal wishes. After every veil is removed, highest ideals of all humans and all nations are the same. It is time to implement global policies that realize true humanity, global intelligence and faith.

All past, present and future monetary policies are temporary substitutes that delay implementing the highest ideals of the human race. Highest ideals naturally derive systems that support every individual in a synergistic way such that all skills, knowledge and resources are gladly shared and exchanged among all global citizens as needed. These synergies would naturally occur because the motives and goals of all participants would be identical – to implement the highest ideals of the entire human race.

While implementing global highest ideals, why would any leadership choose a system of exchange such that at least one person could not receive essential resources or services as needed? We currently accept a level of cooperation, in medical care systems for example, where services are provided to those able to pay at the prevailing rate, knowing that at least one citizen in need will be denied because of cost. Why do we continue a system that compensates skills with scarce objects such as money? This is at the heart of the matter. We compensate those with scarce skills and materials with money so that they can exchange money for other scarce skills and materials. Money attempts to provide a sense of security that scarce skills and materials will be obtainable in the future with the caveat that only money can provide this security.

A medical system fully supported by highly trained volunteers and pure cooperation must thrive because there would be no motive or obstacle to fufilling the primary mission. Surgeons, nurses and support staff will perform effectively because there would be no systemic disadvantages to performing their skills at zero cost. All medicines, supplies and facilities would be provided at zero cost. All housing, nutrition and personal needs would be provided at zero cost. All training and knowledge advancement would be achieved through zero cost organizations, technologies and global collaborations.

When expanding the above medical system to all other aspects of society, what remains is a powerful model for global human advancement. Every global citizen can freely receive any technological or academic training in their chosen field of interest to work without the worries and insecurities for food, water and housing. If humans can manage to provide for some or most global citizens using competitive distribution models, then it is logical to conclude that humans can provide for every global human with greater capacity and quality without debt and competition worries by eliminating money in exchange for cooperative and collaborative distribution models. The obstacle is the outdated presumption that individuals would not freely and happily offer their knowledge, expertise and time to serve those in need and the global community at zero pay and cost if the opportunities existed.

Justifications of continued monetary exchange exist only in the minds of those trained or otherwise conditioned to expect more than the average person or nation, even if that means the continuation of global suffering, poverty, famine and crime elsewhere. Otherwise, there would be absolutely no argument against retiring every monetary, compensation and debt system to fully support pure global cooperation among have and have not entities. Note that there are millions if not billions of citizens worldwide that would feel blessed to receive a level of essential resources and services based on the average available per global citizen or based on personal need. Their advancement obstacle exists in the psyche of others worldwide who are unwilling to relinquish their monetized, artificial securities and insecurities. Many are unaware that their need for protection from those who attempt to legally or illegally remove vulnerable goods and materials from them represents a monetized insecurity. By voluntarily choosing cooperation and sufficient sharing of knowledge and resources to permanently end extreme global deficiencies such as poverty and famine, then global and individual securities will be greatly advanced. Individuals, nations and the human race will advance with much greater security upon choosing pure cooperative and collaborative models as  global policies.

Money, compensation and debt systems are major causes of scarce essential skills and materials locally and worldwide. When humanity finally chooses to commit to its highest ideals, the need for money or other compensations will expire. Along with the physical monetary objects, the mental and emotional pains associated with them will also expire. Furthermore, the artificial monetary veil that hides true individual security and esteem will be removed. Humanity will begin to realize with awe the cumulative losses incurred due to their monetary systems. Successive generations will always study past monetary eras to remember the consequences of avoiding pure global cooperation and to spare themselves of repeating the struggles and dangers of their ancestors.

There is no greater responsibility of global leadership than to protect the entire human race from all enemies and incoming dangers within and beyond the boundaries of human civilization and planet earth. Most practical citizens worldwide will understand this responsibility concept. It is logical to conclude that any global defense contingency plan must include the possibility of any material or intelligent threat from beyond the earth atmosphere.

The primary motive to eliminate all global nuclear weapons is to protect us from self destruction. Once rational thinkers graduate beyond this obvious benefit, they will soon be confronted with the dilemma between preventing self-annihilation and diminished global defense readiness. Rational thinkers will recognize the connection between global disarmament and reduced global defense capacity. They will logically realize their vast information void regarding possible external threat entities from which to draw a thoughtful conclusion. Global citizens would be asked to support this global security policy without having every essential fact available to them. The logical assessment will be the critical need for full disclosure and transparent discussions of all facts and data relating to past and present alien, Unidentified Flying Object (UFO) and Unidentified Submerged Object (USO) activities and risks.

In recent decades, but originating perhaps thousands of years ago, there has been a magnanimous inflow of sightings from highly credible witnesses globally. In proper context of this article, the relevant question for all members of the human species is whether our civilization is or will be at risk of harm from any entity such that nuclear and other strategic weapons could be effectively used for our global defense.

For generations, global leadership entities have exempted everyday citizens from highly compartmentalized data and analysis reports deemed too sensitive for public dissemination. Nevertheless, the general public is well aware of these formally unconfirmed activities. As a result, everyday citizens have been denied a sufficient knowledge foundation with which to intelligently arrive at a decision regarding a responsible global WMD security policy. The general public is left with generating their global WMD policy opinions based solely upon publicly disseminated risks among nations and upon total ignorance of potential risks from beyond the human race. To intelligently discern the appropriateness of any global WMD policy, the average global human must be fully informed of all risks.

UFO and USO witnesses, truth seekers and enthusiasts will gain new momentum and possible vindication while global leadership pursue nuclear weapons elimination from the human experience. With multiple reports in recent decades from credible military, aviation and political witnesses worldwide, any global citizen must conclude that thousands of witnesses are either 1) lying 2) falsely perceiving phenomena or 3) accurately perceiving phenomena. Regardless of which conclusion derived by any global human citizen, the corresponding response should be the same -the rigorous pursuit and acquisition of every truth leading to full disclosure of global risks from any external entity. Fundamental to the risk assessment is complete and cooperative disclosure to all global citizens and governments regarding all alien, UFO and USO knowledge. Only then can citizens begin to properly discern whether it is in the best interest of the human race to totally dismantle all nuclear weapons worldwide.

Since governments have publicly released no technology to transport humans individually or large groups to another suitable world, then every global citizen has a vital stake in every decision affecting planetary defense readiness. This justifies the conclusion that the era has expired when governments or any clandestine entities deny this sensitive data from its citizens. This justification is similar to the mandate to promptly notify a community when danger exists so that it can take proper precautions based on complete and timely knowledge of the risks, as false or deficiency of knowledge may cause most inappropriate management decisions for the people.

It will become the goal and unprecedented responsibility of global leaders, defense officials, security analysts and relevant advisors to deliver to the human race all related facts and data to the satisfaction of global citizens. This is the only policy that ensures that the people intelligently participate in the fate of human civilization.

If global leaders want to eliminate possibly the most effective weapons against known or unknown hostile entities that could fundamentally endanger every human being, then leadership should be willing to give global citizens all relevant data to intelligently support an informed decision. It is justified to release all information regarding every external threat to human civilization, as nuclear weapons would be considered for global defense or as a deterrent. Informed entities must fully disclose in public what they routinely discuss in private.

It is the position of the author that total global WMD disarmament is correct in principle, when restricting ones thoughts among known global human conflicts and risks. However, in full breadth, full alien-UFO-USO disclosure and open global discussions of all potential external threats should precede and be vital components of any total nuclear weapons disarmament decision.

If for any speculative reason, global leadership still believes that full disclosure of all alien-UFO-USO data to all global citizens is totally unacceptable, then the best logical means to secure all global WMD for beneficial activities in the present and in the future would be under the administrative and operational control of one global defense council.

Today, David Kellerman, Freddie Mac chief financial officer, committed suicide in his home. It is assumed that this tragedy was partially attributed to his stress related to claims of reckless business practices contributing to the nation’s housing and financial crisis.

Of course, condolences go to his personal and corporate families. It is highly predictable that this story will continue for an appropriate time to discover details and emotional healing. This tragic story will slowly fade away from broad public exposure. Unfortunately, our media and economic powers dictate that this story must go away in order to resume the aggressive pursuit of money.

Global leadership entities are given plenty of opportunities to see the consequences of their monetary systems, under which some must win and some must lose. Leadership take time to mourn and respect those who fall due to the system, but they continue to preserve and strengthen the competitive system that is soley responsible for the falls. Leadership is willing to accept every present and future sacrifice of the system as long as the system continues to provide for many. Those who fall due to the financial system are mourned but are deemed by continued inaction of leadership as acceptable competitive losses. Otherwise, the global financial system would have been changed or eradicated long ago to prevent such human losses again. It parallels the logic of acceptable losses during military conflicts. Not that it is at all desirable, but would it take 10 percent of all global citizens to commit suicide due to financially related stress for global leadership to expedite financial social reform? How about 20 percent or 40 percent? The desired answer is that one global citizen who has fallen anytime in our financial history should have been sufficient cause to justify significant global reform. As long as we as a race are willing to allow at least one of our own to fall as a direct result of our systems, we will never achieve the true peace we seek and pray for as we arise and sleep.

There is an alternate path to permanently prevent or significantly reduce financial and resource deficiency related suicides worldwide. It would eliminate the need and desire for competition for any and all resources. Furthermore, it will place the human race on a path that renews human spirits with sustainable hope for the future. The alternative path involves pure global cooperation.

What has not been fully digested is the prominent cry of the protesters to actually abolish money. They called for the eradication of a system used by humans for thousands of years. This act of a relative few represents a willingness and perhaps fortitude to go through the discussions, planning and permanent transition from money and financial concerns in exchange for the stability of pure global cooperation. This small group of citizens actually represents a subset of citizens worldwide that would support the total eradication of all global monetary systems as a component of their highest ideals for the human race.

The human race has evolved to understand that sufficient global capacities exist to provide essential resources for every global citizen through pure cooperation. There are simply too many concrete examples to justify how money and other competitive systems unnecessarily divide us philosophically, socially and physically. One unrecoverable consequence of these competitive systems is the multitude of unnecessary deaths of our global brothers and sisters from famine. Historical archives and studies of the current era, currently unwritten, will not be kind to us in this regard. Our descendants will definitely, without any doubt, feel shamed from the results of our prolonged unwillingness to do the hard work to fully eradicate the root causes of global famine and suffering.

Global leadership is presented with a “rare paradox in the existence of the human species” challenge to look beyond the fleeting objectives of any political party or nation to finally address the root needs of mankind that will forever include, support and advance every global citizen. This must be done before it is quantitatively too late, when enough global citizens would give up the pursuit for leadership to “do the right global thing.” In this regard, the global money issues and proposal are offered as components of a comprehensive global social reform plan.

Although this protest of the G20 financial summit will probably come and go along with the financial event, the message and vision will remain alive and will mature. If global leadership fail to recognize the significance of this event in the context of evolving global social opinion and responsibility, they will fall short of fulfilling their greatest potential contributions to mankind. They will “pass the buck” of responsibility and conviction to their political successors, as access to essential resources for every global citizen must become a sustainable reality in order for the entire human race to significantly prosper and advance beyond this era. Money leaves humans susceptible to thinking and acting in ways most inconsistent with their highest ideals. Money, and every other global institution and system that divide the human race such that at least one global citizen loses, must be retired.

Although we may not know him personally, many hearts globally are asked to reach out to his loved ones at this time. Meanwhile, we as participants in the human family should try to learn significant lessons from this sad event regarding our life paths and our global humanity. We can only speculate that perhaps he truly enjoyed investing for others, perhaps for his close friends, in anticipation of respectable returns. Perhaps his family, friends and colleagues were very proud of his skills and ability to secure their retirement objectives. We must always remember that Thierry was a member of our human family. He had dreams and social relationships that were meaningful to him and were valued by those who knew and loved him.

Perhaps this is an opportunity for global growth through awareness if we acknowledge that tragedies like this are preventable. From a perspective of global philosophy, placing trust in financial instruments for future security is far too stressful and unreliable in comparison to placing trust in human beings. Money and compensation systems, where at best some win and some lose, represent  obsolete thinking. The human-created need and obligation to pursue, acquire, manage and protect money represent an advancement paradox, where what one logically believes to be a tool for global prosperity is a tool for global decline.

Tragedies such as this will continue to haunt the human race with disappointments, devastations and declines until global leadership lead to retire all financial systems and to replace them with the only assets capable of sustaining the future of humanity and are worthy of preservation and reinvestment – every global human being.

Leadership believe they have the solutions to heal this crisis. Begging the difference involves delivering not financial tactics but problem identification in its raw form. Americans cringe again while relinquishing an initial eighty-five billion dollars to bailout American International Group- a large financial firm classified as too large to fail. Stock markets suffered while anticipating the formal bailout announcement and immediately afterwards. There is the expected fear of capital preservation among individual and institutional investors. Worries of additional upcoming economic concern grow nationally and globally.

As the anticipated arguments for or against the decision develop, no media or political entity offered the remote possibility that the real problem is the outdated global money institution itself. Humans continue to place great faith in financial instruments that contain zero inherent value. Money is artificial, having no inherent ability to provide any resource.

The only true sustainable solution is to retire all money systems and replace them with the only assets that deserve our long-term faith, the people. Global cooperation is the true will of all good people. The people are too reluctant to ask global leadership to end money systems.
