There is no greater responsibility of global leadership than to protect the entire human race from all enemies and incoming dangers within and beyond the boundaries of human civilization and planet earth. Most practical citizens worldwide will understand this responsibility concept. It is logical to conclude that any global defense contingency plan must include the possibility of any material or intelligent threat from beyond the earth atmosphere.
The primary motive to eliminate all global nuclear weapons is to protect us from self destruction. Once rational thinkers graduate beyond this obvious benefit, they will soon be confronted with the dilemma between preventing self-annihilation and diminished global defense readiness. Rational thinkers will recognize the connection between global disarmament and reduced global defense capacity. They will logically realize their vast information void regarding possible external threat entities from which to draw a thoughtful conclusion. Global citizens would be asked to support this global security policy without having every essential fact available to them. The logical assessment will be the critical need for full disclosure and transparent discussions of all facts and data relating to past and present alien, Unidentified Flying Object (UFO) and Unidentified Submerged Object (USO) activities and risks.
In recent decades, but originating perhaps thousands of years ago, there has been a magnanimous inflow of sightings from highly credible witnesses globally. In proper context of this article, the relevant question for all members of the human species is whether our civilization is or will be at risk of harm from any entity such that nuclear and other strategic weapons could be effectively used for our global defense.
For generations, global leadership entities have exempted everyday citizens from highly compartmentalized data and analysis reports deemed too sensitive for public dissemination. Nevertheless, the general public is well aware of these formally unconfirmed activities. As a result, everyday citizens have been denied a sufficient knowledge foundation with which to intelligently arrive at a decision regarding a responsible global WMD security policy. The general public is left with generating their global WMD policy opinions based solely upon publicly disseminated risks among nations and upon total ignorance of potential risks from beyond the human race. To intelligently discern the appropriateness of any global WMD policy, the average global human must be fully informed of all risks.
UFO and USO witnesses, truth seekers and enthusiasts will gain new momentum and possible vindication while global leadership pursue nuclear weapons elimination from the human experience. With multiple reports in recent decades from credible military, aviation and political witnesses worldwide, any global citizen must conclude that thousands of witnesses are either 1) lying 2) falsely perceiving phenomena or 3) accurately perceiving phenomena. Regardless of which conclusion derived by any global human citizen, the corresponding response should be the same -the rigorous pursuit and acquisition of every truth leading to full disclosure of global risks from any external entity. Fundamental to the risk assessment is complete and cooperative disclosure to all global citizens and governments regarding all alien, UFO and USO knowledge. Only then can citizens begin to properly discern whether it is in the best interest of the human race to totally dismantle all nuclear weapons worldwide.
Since governments have publicly released no technology to transport humans individually or large groups to another suitable world, then every global citizen has a vital stake in every decision affecting planetary defense readiness. This justifies the conclusion that the era has expired when governments or any clandestine entities deny this sensitive data from its citizens. This justification is similar to the mandate to promptly notify a community when danger exists so that it can take proper precautions based on complete and timely knowledge of the risks, as false or deficiency of knowledge may cause most inappropriate management decisions for the people.
It will become the goal and unprecedented responsibility of global leaders, defense officials, security analysts and relevant advisors to deliver to the human race all related facts and data to the satisfaction of global citizens. This is the only policy that ensures that the people intelligently participate in the fate of human civilization.
If global leaders want to eliminate possibly the most effective weapons against known or unknown hostile entities that could fundamentally endanger every human being, then leadership should be willing to give global citizens all relevant data to intelligently support an informed decision. It is justified to release all information regarding every external threat to human civilization, as nuclear weapons would be considered for global defense or as a deterrent. Informed entities must fully disclose in public what they routinely discuss in private.
It is the position of the author that total global WMD disarmament is correct in principle, when restricting ones thoughts among known global human conflicts and risks. However, in full breadth, full alien-UFO-USO disclosure and open global discussions of all potential external threats should precede and be vital components of any total nuclear weapons disarmament decision.
If for any speculative reason, global leadership still believes that full disclosure of all alien-UFO-USO data to all global citizens is totally unacceptable, then the best logical means to secure all global WMD for beneficial activities in the present and in the future would be under the administrative and operational control of one global defense council.
