If all food, shelter, health care, education, etc. were free for you and every future generation, would you volunteer your skills, knowledge and time in your chosen areas of interests and competencies for local and global benefit?

Can you recite our globally adopted highest ideals and our world objectives for the next ten, fifty or one hundred years? Most global citizens cannot because either there are no globally adopted highest ideals and long-term objectives policies to address global issues, conditions and obstacles or there is insufficient media exposure to inform the world citizens of adopted solutions. Accordingly, humanity mentally survives in the present, without the awareness of a clear international plan and sustainable hope for our long-term global future.

Achievable advancements such as free global education up to PhD. and MD., free global health care, human intelligence development and adoptable foreign policies for global cooperation, all await manifestation.

Global distribution of essential resources is still a money-based competitive exchange in the 21st century where  some global citizens must win and some global citizens must lose. Humans have advanced research laboratories, thousands of organizations to advance technologies, fast transportation systems, real-time portable communication devices, a powerful and rapidly expanding body of medical knowledge and a global population size that enables the human race to train any desired quantity and proficiency of medical professionals. With these capacities, continuing money and debt based resource distributions and modelings represent a major distraction, a burden for international relations, an obstruction to global and individual progress and a gross waste of human minds.

Global Policy Challenges and Design:

Every global proposal described is separate yet interlinked such that, together, they create one cooperative, collaborative path for the human race. Every proposal strategy is fully inclusive for every global citizen, consistent with presumed internationally-adoptable highest ideals.

Every policy page reveals solutions for a superior direction for human existence. If given proper consideration and speculation, one may conclude that the philosophies and policy proposals put in action can rapidly dissolve practically every major social and technological development challenge of the era, globally.

The issue is not if we can or cannot achieve such aggressive global advancements. We must envision and plan under the presumption that we can. This prerequisite presumption and mentality give birth to a myriad of paths to achieve the goal of advancing and uniting all nations beyond theory to reality.

Individual Capacities Worldwide:

Humans contemplate the question “is this all there is to life?” Practically all modern civilized people with responsibilities experience some form of the following pattern: Awake, work for financial compensation, go home tired, plan to pay the mortgage, rent, taxes, insurance, gas and education. Then find time to plan the future. Then, awake and repeat this pattern without any known realistic plans by mass civilization or self to evolve beyond this cycle.

We as an evolving species must eventually evaluate these mental states and conditions to be limiting to our humanitarian and evolutionary capacities. We must conclude that continuing these civilization-created patterns of behaviors, thought processes and emotional stresses severely underutilize human intelligence and distract from true advancement of each individual and of the human race.

Current world conditions and management philosophies do not honor the capacities and aptitudes eagerly ready for release by each individual for positive international social reform benefits and peak evolution for all humans.

• Human rights should be endowed to every global citizen and are globally advocated and enforced without regard to native citizenship, political control, current geography, gender, age, ethnicity or capacity.
• The intelligence, capacity, contribution or value of any global citizen should never be underestimated or under sought.

Unfulfilled Repetition:

Global citizens in modernized environments mostly repeat routines of awakening, working for financial compensation, going home tired, planning to pay the mortgage, rent, taxes, insurance, gas and education. Signs of Misdirected Global Ideals:

• Fight and conquer attitudes, threats of war within and among nations.
• Financial deficiencies resulting in broken individuals, families, communities and nations.

Substandard Global Commitments to Fellow Humans:

Upon recognition that essential needs, even in our modern era, are still inaccessible to many humans globally, an observer must conclude that the system that manages and provides those needs is in need of review.

Quality and quantity of food, water, shelter, medical care and education are still in disproportion among nations and individuals based primarily on the amount of money and resources possessed. Based on our 21st century technologies available, any modern system that cannot provide the essential needs for prosperity to every human citizen worldwide deserves review for reclassification as needing repair or replacement.

Current Direction Of Future Highest Ideals:

To the extent that the prerequisite global cooperation among all nations is unlikely, the future most envisioned by the human race remains equally unlikely until a positive fundamental shift in global thinking is activated.

Proclamation for World Cooperation and Advancement:

Introduction:  Leaders, ambassadors and other representatives from every nation proudly gather today to witness formal commitments of all governments that will further solidify the human race on its path for humanitarian, philosophical and technological advancements. It is no mistake that among the three advancements noted, humanitarian is first. Accordingly, we acknowledge our priority to care for each global citizen as a critical prerequisite in order to receive the philosophical and technological advancement benefits in return. This proclamation establishes the future direction of the human race according to the global highest ideals adopted by all nations and with valuable contributions from entities and individuals from every nation. The most respected minds and institutions in the sciences of sociology, psychology, public policy, economics and philosophy offer their endorsements of this plan as a path to deliver real positive evolution for individual citizens and the human race.

Global Highest Ideals:

Because nations pursued different goals based on sets of conflicting highest ideals for guidance, lesser-evolving ideals and aspirations by other nations or individuals existed. As a result, a global committee contemplated common highest ideals with significant contributions from entities and individuals from every nation. The global highest ideals adopted by all nations established a mutual course to steer for the human race. Resulting from those agreed upon philosophies, the following proposals have been adopted:

Free Global Education:

With the latest announcement from a leading university regarding their most generous and visionary efforts, mankind now have an ever increasing and sustainable repository of training and learning resources – now referred to as the Global Education and Training Videos Project (G.E.T.V.P.). Lectures in every discipline up to and including the doctorate level are now preserved. These lectures are available to everyone worldwide at no cost primarily via the internet. Anyone globally can download these videos and immediately learn topics in the academic and trade fields of their choice.  If desired, anyone can acquire the knowledge enabling one to demonstrate competency via an exam for formal credit. Theoretically, one could proceed in this manner to obtain several doctorate degrees. This project demonstrates the new commitment and direction for human progress. Other universities worldwide are following this model, looking beyond their profit objectives to advance the human race. The G.E.T.V.P. project significantly increases the capacity for human advancement and earns the lead university a special place in our history and our deepest gratitude.

Money Eradication:

Upon extensive analysis of global, national, community and individual problems that continue throughout our existence, we have concluded that practically every problem or obstacle facing us is in some way rooted in thinking patterns and decision-making emanating from detrimental competitive environments created by the human race where some individuals receive essential resources and opportunities while some do not. We navigate through life as we compete among and within entities for resources and other needs. The most influential factor contributing to these thinking patterns is the pursuit of money or compensation. Therefore, the institution of money, currency and all related compensation endeavors will be formally retired from our civilization. After a certain date to be determined and announced, no form of money or compensation will be used for any transaction among the human race.

Free Global Health Care:

In harmony with retiring all money systems from our civilization and enabling every global citizen to achieve any skill and academic proficiency level at zero cost, those choosing to follow their true hearts into the medical profession shall assume the medical responsibilities of their communities on a volunteer basis. With the strong inflow of competent personnel over time, it may be possible to actually lower the number of working hours for each volunteer.

Individual Pursuits:

In order to successfully eradicate money and implement free global health and medical care, it has been determined that essential needs of food, water and shelter will be at zero cost within every community. With every essential need provided or made available to every individual worldwide by community efforts and global cooperatives, everyone can gain competencies in the fields of their hearts desire to contribute knowledge, skills and time to advance self and human civilization. It has been determined that prosperity far beyond our current global existence will occur as individuals choose and pursue their personal areas of contribution without regard to financial compensation and competition considerations. We have finally removed foreseeable obstacles to prosperity for you, for your children and for every future generation. Now it is up to you, global citizens, to advance humanity according to your special insights and proficiencies and to use all knowledge gained to participate within community and global collaborations to solve every global problem of our time.

Global Cooperation:

Consistent with the volunteer, zero cost initiatives, everyone now becomes a part of a global transformation where all communities will function in an approximately similar cooperative and volunteer-driven manner. All nations have agreed that our future prosperity and survival depend on our ability to cooperate among each other such that no nation loses and all nations win. If we prosper, then we prosper together. If we suffer, then we suffer together. Accordingly, each nation now has an interest in the success of every other nation. Significant cooperative agreements are now active such as agreeable global resource distribution models, global emergency responses, global weapons of mass destruction policies and planetary defense.

Years of exploration, countless meetings and collaborations, healthy debate and intensive modeling of world scenarios were necessary to agree upon a final proposal worthy of endorsement by all nations. This historic proclamation expresses interrelated ideals and ideas reflecting one comprehensive and harmonious commitment – the advancement of the individual and the entire human race.

Primary Obstacle to Highest Ideals:

There is really only one main obstacle. That is the competitive thinking model where the one driving thought is “what’s in it for me?” All other specific obstacles emanate from this one main obstacle.

The “what’s in it for me?” mentality exists when one refuses to value decisions and sacrifices primarily by global benefit or for the greater goodwill for all humanity. This mentality arises from a desire for gain or preservation.

Conflicts between Lower and Higher Ideals:

Who can fathom any person, organization or institution not having the future of human conditions, evolution and humanity as the highest priorities when making decisions? Could there possibly be human entities with priorities that subordinate human evolution or survival to the needs of the entity? Entities opposing positive human evolution will in some way possess the perception of losing due to pure international cooperation or benefiting from a status quo, human evolution stalemate or decline in the long-term.

Any entity who risks their influences, powers, financial compensations or benefits with the transition to a cooperative model may have sufficient motives to resist global highest ideals and thus benefit from a human evolution stalemate or decline.

Costs as an Artificial Barrier:

Cost has a way of inhibiting most programs that would advance our civilization. Human leadership often analyzes prospective programs and ideas to be highly beneficial. However, too often the cost is too high to budget or it does not meet the minimum return on investment. Excellent civilization-advancing ideas are dismissed or become noted for future possibilities because of insufficient money. Humans lacked sufficient pieces of paper etched with esoteric symbols and with faces other than their loved ones.

Current Lower Ideals:

The state of self, family, community and all humanity contribute to the current crisis environment and the crisis state of every individual human. This crisis environment prevents total healing of the mind and body. This stressed state prevents the activation of increased brain efficiency, multiple-intelligence and our next genetic evolution.

This crisis state is considered subtle at best as humans enjoy moments of happiness while awaiting the next certain moment of caution, fear and expectation of debilitating news regarding a multitude of concerns such as war, crime, poverty, loss of home and personal property, poor health management and lacking financial resources to meet obligations. These are obvious examples among many non-harmonious conditions for individual classification as crisis states and nurtured by the current civilization model.

From Vision to Reality:

Bringing the cooperative vision to reality will appear to be a very elusive accomplishment to some. This may be because the person perceiving may refuse to imagine any system other that the present one. Perhaps the person is limiting thought to the current day competition model which is incompatible with the cooperative model, where free premium education for all and mass volunteerism will drive our productivity. When mentally flexible enough to expand beyond the current environment, then an observer mentality becomes possible as if perceiving another civilization. The observer notices an extremely high level of educated and skilled people. They share every resource and work in harmony and collaboration by choice. There is no need or desire for destructive behaviors or intentions. There are multiple collaborative groups connected locally and globally to advance specific objectives. They have plenty of individual time to pursue personal interest. Their civilization has evolved to become truly civil. This preconceived civilization is our future civilization, if only we choose it and claim it as our destiny.

Failed Global Leadership Efforts:

Global leadership must agree upon the essence of the transformation and follow by rapid dissemination among all global citizens. Then global citizens will have sufficient time to contemplate the short-term and long-term rewards and obstacles of the transition.

Caution should be exercised if the reverse scenario occurs, when global citizens initially push for these advancements while current leadership remain restricted to old thinking models. To excessively delay or avoid this progress requested by citizens may invite protest and revolt.

The worst case scenario is if neither global leadership nor global citizens insist on such advancement changes before world conditions and hope decline to uncontrollable levels.

Global leadership will continue to focus on election promises and pertinent agendas. Meanwhile, with significant contributions from advising entities, leaders will incorporate into their speeches positive and futuristic words, phrases and ideals extracted from communications that reflect the thoughts and dreams of their people. While coupling political accomplishments or promises with carefully incorporated phrases that approximate the thoughts and ideals of the people, leadership may gain an appearance of understanding the people. The words and ideas perhaps will be transferred from the highest ideals of the proposals outlined to complement their policy objectives. Note that those same policies will most likely be substandard in comparison to globally adoptable highest ideals, as their policies will be limited by their philosophies that omit at least one global citizen.

Lost Opportunities:

Humanity will again miss another accelerated growth opportunity due to “what’s in it for me” motives. Leadership will have missed another opportunity to reveal a much larger vision and role in the advancement of humanity. When global leadership fails to derive, execute and communicate every policy within the context of long-term global highest ideals, they bypass rare opportunities to reveal and to reinforce ideals that will unite nations and will sustain the human race for thousands of years.

Falsely Perceived Goals:

These ideals do not endorse a one world government leadership where human rights and compassion for all people are not valued and respected. Proposed ideals could be components incorporated where laws reflecting highest ideals exist to protect and to advance the entire human race.

Humanity versus Natural Selection:

Natural selection chooses the survival of species both actively and by default.  Earth species continue to be selected for survival and extinction genetically, socially and technologically. The human race has advanced significantly in every vital area. However, when faced with our future obstacles, the level of social progress will affect our survival far more than any other factor. Our ability to maintain peace and work together will determine our capacity to sufficiently advance technologically to confront the adversaries of the future. Global entities believe that by acting alone or without unleashing the human intelligence of every global citizen, that they can arrive in the future as advanced. At best, technologies will advance, but severely lacking the magnitude of growth rate desired and required to support global social needs.

Substandard Global Social Advancement Policies:

When leadership place technology over social and psyche development, obvious human declines occur that inhibit psychological and technological advances. There is currently mass stagnation from underdeveloped and underutilized minds. Accordingly, default lower conditions prevail such as selfishness, insecurity, increased burdens on society, declines among families and significant relationships and mistrust.

Governments choosing to control society, at the expense of healthy individual minds, are unable to find voluntary peace and progress. These are signs that the human race wants and needs a common direction to thrive together. Together is the word of focus as entities truly want to be components of a global plan that is reflected and sustained by their common ideals and beliefs. Any conditions less than these are the tools for global insecurity and competition. Continuing these conditions have caused human decline and if unchecked will place mankind on the natural selection path for extinction. Without sufficient technology, mankind will not have the tools to adequately and timely detect, identify, study, destroy or avoid external space matter coming towards earth. Without sufficient social and psyche advancement compared to technological advancement, mankind will use current devastating technology for competition, power and self annihilation. Furthermore, without sustained social and psyche conditions that nurture every global citizen, there lie the ingredients for stagnating if not debilitating technological growth required to meet known and unknown future obstacles.

Philosophy and Ideology:

Our ideals and actions should reflect the reality that we seek. If one of our future global missions would be to populate our moon and other planets, will we model the new civilizations based on the current competition-driven model or a cooperation-driven model? Will our descendants succumb to all the pain and stagnated growth that we experience today?

Upon being observed and evaluated by peaceful and goodwill alien races, will they be anxious to make formal contact and possible alliances, or will they determine that we do not care for our own people sufficiently enough in comparison to our technological advancements achieved? Because we possess no logic to justify evolving beyond our sense of territorial dominion on earth, will our future space communities become simple extensions of the competitive values and conditions of this era? Will our current actions, as evidence of our values, strongly defend and reinforce our claimed commitment to the human race and to other universal communities encountered in the future?

All advancements become possible by honoring global highest ideals worthy of consideration. All highest ideals enhance the odds of human survival and conditions of humanity.

Shifts in Mindsets and Activities:

There is a saying that to get a different result, do something different. In other words, to get a different future, different actions are required now. As our civilization continues with problems of every kind, we continue to practice the same thoughts and activities that lead to those same problems. An independent observer would conclude that we as human beings are blocking our own way. We know what kind of world we wish to have and the high stakes at risk for inaction, yet we lack sufficient cooperation within and among all nations to fulfill our mutual global needs.

World progression and availability in areas such as hunger, medical care and education are within reach. Yet, they remain severely unrealized. Unfortunately, our race may succumb by default to some of the worse global conditions imaginable before those in positions of possible influence realize the real threat to our civilization.

The threat is generally not the people but the unnecessary competitive institutions and living models within which people are forced to negotiate globally. Institutions of global leadership or influence must realize that time is far overdue for all nations to come together to rethink the root causes of our mutual problems and to commit to mutual highest ideals for long-term, sustainable solutions. The time has come to subordinate limiting activities to elevate modern ideals that we believe must work, ideals worthy of our faith. It is time to commit to those common ideals containing no conflicts among each other. The only possible ideal conflicts would be those sustained by outdated ideals and not living up to our highest ideals.

Future of Education and Training:

The education of all interested in their chosen specialty area represents the high ideal that ultimately we the people can and will solve the world problems and ensure our positive evolution as a race.

Future of Energy Resources:

In order to develop energy sources even more efficient and environmentally cleaner than current nuclear implementations and transportation technologies far more advanced than available today, we must unleash the sum accumulation of our global human intelligence.

Leap of Mankind:

For humanity to progressively evolve, these proposals must eventually become reality to a large degree. Only then can the human race advance above stagnation and decline to witness and experience the next evolutionary stage. General Psyche Dysfunction:

The greatest social dysfunction in existence is the global prerequisite for direct compensation for performing goodwill and cooperation. “What’s in it for me?”

Psyche dysfunctions permeate within the human race among individuals and mass society, producing results ranging from mild uncertainty among individuals to destructive motives among extremist groups or governments. Individual dysfunctions and mass dysfunctions are highly correlated such that one cannot exists without the other. Generally, individual peace or dysfunction supports mass peace or dysfunction. Likewise, mass peace or dysfunction supports individual peace or dysfunction. Each dysfunction begins with a self-justified choice as a nature of mind and motivated in response to other environmental dysfunctions. Dysfunction assessment is addressed relative to what is considered to be normal or optimal. It is the position of the author that human normality among both individuals and mass civilization is best described as states of civility, harmony and cooperation. Deviations from these states represent degrees of psyche dysfunction. Below are common examples in varying degrees of psyche dysfunctions.

Many altercations and legal disputes continue because entities have lost the presumption of friendliness and cooperation among each other. Entities consistently respond to their presumed adversaries under the presumption that mutual cooperation is unachievable and undesirable. When environments are intentionally structured for competition such that some win and some lose, there can never be sustainable peace and happiness.

Government continues to invest exorbitant time and resources implementing and enforcing laws for compliance while under utilizing the capacity to minimize initial noncompliance with programs that fully support positive individual development. Essentially, current strategies emphasize control, enforcement and punishment over inclusive, cooperative personal nurturing and participation within society.

Deception and Manipulation:

Illegal drug users provide credible excuses for their financial state in order to receive donations from generous people.

Murderers and robbers approach victims in deceptive manners to gain an advantage to commit crimes.

Property sellers intentionally conceal flaws or limitations to avoid lower sales prices or lost sales. Buyers reveal artificial personal finance conditions to negotiate lower prices.

Young girls wear large clothing to conceal their pregnancies. A child hides an unauthorized treat to avoid punishment.

Some recently losing their employment may go on expensive shopping sprees to broadcast a successful image or to act as therapy to compensate for their feelings.

Officials may intentionally choose not to be formally and openly briefed on covert activities under their responsibility in order to deny involvement under oath at a future date.

The “Love” word is sometimes used in relationships to manipulate beliefs or artificially create an image of emotional commitment and security so that ones selfish desires can be accomplished. At best its deception satisfies temporary needs of one while denying the power of the truth from another.

Nations escalate WMD, weapons of mass destruction development or other aggressive acts with the predetermined objective of receiving significant political leverage, trade and other financial incentives in exchange for terminating escalation.

Executives representing companies with publicly owned stock shares announce confidence regarding the future of their companies while only days later breaking news report their downfall and reveal their intentional deception.

Individuals striving to advance and further develop or maintain their character especially in large government, corporate and political environments encounter strenuous challenges. Frequent dilemmas occur when one must choose between the path of character and the path of winning at the expense of character. These work environments tend to reward using deception and manipulation and tend to punish using truth and character as a means to excel.

Drug company advertisers may conceal potentially harmful drug side effects to protect profits.

Societies are forced to doubt claims by commercial, political and other entities before awarding credibility to their advertising and promises.

Even when we choose to globally end intentional acts of deception and manipulation, we must then concurrently begin the healing process of unintentional deceptive and manipulative thoughts that, if left unchecked, will also produce the acts we desperately want to eradicate.

Greed and Selfishness:

There is essentially one main thinking pattern from which all other forms of deception, manipulation, greed and selfishness emerge “What’s in it for me”

Why is higher education up to and including PhD and M.D. levels restricted to those having access to sufficient money systems while the entire human race could be permanently elevated with open sharing of all knowledge from at least one prominent university worldwide? This is globally unintelligent.

This logic is comparable to a massive pest extermination project where a few team members have the exact tools and ingredients to fight the infestation while the majority have marginally effective tools such as shovels and dirt, while plenty of more effective tools and ingredients were readily available. Unless tools such a shovels and dirt were deemed highly effective against the pest, it becomes unimaginable why team management would intentionally fail to provide all team members with the best tools and ingredients available to remedy their mutual objective.

One can conclude that by denying pure local and global cooperation, the human race intentionally denies full educational access to billions of its citizens, forfeiting an infinite number of sustainable global and individual advancements, in exchange for direct financial compensation to only a few. There are global psyche ills revealed by continuing strategies of this nature.

Some politicians choose not to objectively and independently vote according to their highest beliefs because of external hidden or unhidden financial incentives offered.

Upon an assurance that sufficient resources will be available, some entities will often seek more than required to gain an advantage over other entities.

With a perceived opportunity to succeed, some entities will choose to cheat to gain advantage. This mentality is often nurtured at early development ages when one becomes desperate to win a game or other competition against a more experienced opponent. It is during these critical moments when character is shaped and reshaped. The motive is the preservation or advancement of perceived self-esteem. If upon completing the act of cheating, one realizes that the reward is less than expected, that may represent a progressive awareness point where one realizes that the act of cheating produces artificial esteem and is therefore empty of true substance. The mere understanding of ones true underlying motives can be sufficient cause to choose the noble path. Accordingly, greater training in self awareness at the earliest possible age is encouraged. However, significant obstacles include the absence of self aware parents or other role models in the life of a child. As one matures, deception can evolve from the need to protect ones employment or formal status of personal relationships. When allowed to grow, cheating and selfishness continues in ones life to impact self, family, friends, communities, nations and humanity. We should not be shocked when high level government officials or other executives cheat when we as a race have exercised no globally adopted highest ideal, plan, mandate, initiative or formal public commitment of any kind against it.

Some leaders of nations choose to maximize military power and influence while their own people unnecessarily suffer from starvation and disease. Moreover, the oppressed people are often intentionally denied open access to global media information resources. In essence, leadership detaches the people from the external world and disseminates its own very limited version of reality and resources. These selfish strategies continue, even while global entities offer such deprived nations increased trade and prosperity in exchange for humane treatment of its people. These conditions will continue as leaders remain committed to selfish thinking such that the needs of the few must supersede the needs of the many.

Obviously the above list represents a very small subset of how greed, selfishness, manipulation and deception are practiced in the human race. It is not intended to judge any entity but to reveal varied and most predictable responses to our civilization-created competition systems, money being the most influential. Each example and every possible form of greed, selfishness, manipulation and deception should be deemed unnecessary and counterproductive to human advancement.

Resource Distribution Modeling:

Suppose that all foods were evenly distributed globally among all citizens with the government request that any excess be voluntarily declined for redistribution, even though a full share is the entitlement. Some will cooperate and donate excesses for global benefit, some will receive every entitlement out of insecurity regarding future food supplies, some will strategically receive every entitlement for the purpose of personal gain opportunities and some will organize to illegally transfer additional foods or food entitlements to themselves for large-scale profit and influence. These are samples of global psyche issues to be addressed.

Even if money served as a voucher system where everyone was provided with their fair share, there would always be those who would seek to obtain an excess share, legally or illegally. Accordingly, basic needs should be fairly distributed based on need or equality without money intervention. Money will not provide prosperity to some people without a corresponding deficiency to others.

Political Repetition and Stagnation:

Nations with opposing political representations benefit from opposing views. However, when leadership fails to address problems at their root cause, such oppositions tend to provide policies with neutralization or equalization effects over several years or terms of influence. As current policies serve their constituencies for short-term periods, such policies and acts rarely solve the problems as defined in their root forms.

Because the root problems are not solved, the same issues must resurface in time when entities believe they are rearmed with enough support to reverse current policy. These alternating patterns of support and opposition often represent long-term advancement stagnation and continues for decades, centuries or longer until leadership finally commits to dissolve the problems at their root causes.

Successful eradications will be evident when there are no further motives or needs for problem revisits, as fundamental commitments achieved produce permanent conditions such that all citizens win. Additionally, eradications will be evident when all constituencies can afford the option of addressing related issues of lesser concern.

Legal Representation and Justice:

Humans continue to administer justice based on the quality of legal representation one can afford. For thousands of years, human societies have been unwillingly subjected to financially imbalanced yet legal proceedings that render punishments as severe as death. How does a society and those wrongfully convicted resolve that death sentencing could have been avoided had there been defense representation as equally competent and resourced as the prosecuting entity? Our civilization continues to falsely presume that competent professionals and skilled labor will never perform their tasks in the absence of money or other competitive compensation.

Furthermore, many prison social environments reinforce the same conditions and values leading to incarceration. Gangs members outside prison regroup for gang activity inside prison. Relaxed inmate safety conditions permit murder among other crimes, yet society wishes for inmate rehabilitation after time served.

Nonviolent inmates must choose to either learn to inflict physical harm in defense, give in to violent perpetrator demands and activities or suffer victimization as extreme as murder. In effect, prisons serve to separate criminals from regular society for safety and justice concerns, yet there are often inappropriate separations within prisons to accomplish the same safety and justice concerns for inmates.

Outdated Job Management Philosophy:

Jobs are perceived by individuals as a means to support a standard of living for self and family. Some individuals truly enjoy their job, but many individuals perform work far below their skill levels and far different from their personal interests.

A large number of workers would probably choose a different job if they had their ideal choice. Additionally, there must be plenty of human pairs worldwide who would willingly exchange their jobs for mutual job satisfaction. Although some workplaces allow such exchanges, the human race vastly overlooks the full possibilities regarding job exchanges and placements globally. A consequence is that workers continue to spend significant hours a day performing work that is uninspiring and without personal commitment. Then there is the extra blow to our psyche to know that there exist others locally and worldwide who would be very happy to have those exact jobs.

The alternate side of this issue is that current government decision-making strategy values the greatest number of jobs created as a positive component: the more jobs created, the better. Under our current operating model, this job count metric is considered valuable as it encourages the greatest number of workers to earn incomes, to qualify for employee benefits and to contribute to government tax systems. The challenge is the emerging 21st century global value system that necessarily insist that all global citizens be respected with sufficient essential resources and opportunities. Any system that encourages competition for resources such that some win and some lose is automatically classified as unable to sustain human advancement and will be quietly or publicly labeled accordingly. Desires for higher global standards are emerging.

Other Psyche Dysfunctions:

Citizens reside in their private homes while fearing property losses due to vandalism, arson and theft. Crimes motivated by the need for money have ended in murder. These crimes would be of far less concern with healthy psyche conditions among all citizens. Likewise, healthy psyche conditions will exist only with strong nurturing systems at individual, family, community and government levels.

Humans who are visually disabled or disfigured by genetics or life traumas are often avoided or even isolated by general society. The human species continue to pursue or avoid potentially significant relations based exclusively on visual appearances and physical attributes.  Humans are currently conditioned to evaluate experiences and needs strongly based on visual stimuli and not true worth, value and potential.

Travelers must always exercise awareness of other citizens in their vicinity to avoid dangerous altercations. Even this condition would be significantly reduced or perhaps someday unnecessary with a global commitment to psyche development at every level of society.

Some citizens are raised or otherwise exposed to environments that produce emotional numbness. This numbness may be caused by an inability to cope with sustained traumatic personal experiences or extensive anti-humanity indoctrination by harmful entities. Such existences have the capacity to solidify into total lack of regard for human life with little or no emotional attachment or sense of responsibility to humans and humanity. Accordingly, such individuals are prone to future acts of violence or terror to advance their causes or to provide some self-perceived meaning to their lives.

Some possess dysfunctional psyche conditions and choose to inflict harm upon others due to lack of sufficient positive attention. If positive recognition is unavailable, then negative recognition will suffice.

Perhaps one of the greatest obstacles to the global human psyche is the false assumption that existing global operating models must continue in the future. Money systems continue under the assumption that it will provide future prosperity, that it must continue as the primary method of global exchange while it will never enable every citizen to achieve sustained prosperity.

Phrases such as “in the 21st century” will continue to arise from our global disappointment due to vast disparities between expected and actual human cooperation levels achieved. Words such as global, sustainable, viable, cooperation and collaboration will continue to emanate from news media and leadership entities worldwide as further evidence that humanity is ready to retire short-term, selfish thinking in exchange for meaningful, long-term philosophies such that all humans win.

Formal Global Decree:

Global leadership must unite to declare nothing less than a formal decree to sustain from any act of greed, selfishness, manipulation or deception, especially in the performance of duty. This decree establishes government trust and accountability to the people and challenges all citizens worldwide to adopt this same decree in their daily lives. As a result, we provide an environment where every human will have increased support to choose a cooperative mentality and goodwill.

The main prerequisite is that global leadership must first choose goodwill in every endeavor, where good is clearly defined in adopted global highest ideals. Their decision processes and the resulting local, national, international policies must be free of greed, selfishness, manipulation and deception. Then there is a greater chance for the people to hold their leadership in high regard and to honor the truth in their personal lives. Upholding the tenets of this decree prepares the people for appropriate conduct and future leadership responsibilities. This is how we advance the character of our race globally and individually.

Granted that any community, family or individual could independently institute every aspect of this decree into their personal lives and reap the benefits of higher character. However, there will be continued resistance from non-supportive external environments and entities having disproportionately lower commitments to goodwill.

Human Rights Support

Global highest ideals must advance such that victims of extreme or consistent human rights abuses anywhere must be granted the right and opportunity to permanently detach from their oppressors. This includes the obligation of sovereign oppressor nations to safely relinquish all control over the victims to any responsible entity who agree to accept them. A choice to leave would be equivalent to a vote against the oppressor nation.

Everyday Psyche Awareness and Discipline:

Psyche advancements will be tested by everyday events, perceptions and responses. Governments, organized entities and individuals will choose responses based on their current state of highest ideals. Therefore, every human shall receive appropriate knowledge and the responsibility to optimize personal judgment, decisiveness, compassion, empathy, tact, justice and integrity with respect to issues regarding self and relations with others. These attributes voluntarily adopted on an individual level are the tools for sustained human advancement.

Classifying Past Activities as Human Nature:

Some will offer the theory that it is mans nature to indulge in greed, selfishness, deception and manipulation to achieve ones objectives. Some will offer the excuse that such a global decree will never happen, so why waste any effort or resource in this regard? That thinking process is far too outdated and destructive to model our future existence. It suggests extremely low levels of esteem, respect and aspiration for our entire race. Such negative thoughts have permeated mans existence probably since our origin. However, it is believed that at every moment, each individual and entity has a choice. Realization remains impossible as long as leadership continues their business as usual momentum and fails to demonstrate a formal commitment to global highest ideals.

Thought as an All-Inclusive Barrier:

One obstacle common to all proposals is the current psyche condition. Accordingly, a separate proposal is devoted to this cause. While it is presumed that a majority of global citizens would approve of these objectives in principle, it is anticipated that global decision makers will lack sufficient faith or belief in their people to cooperate. Money Issues and Conditions:

Take several days to track all your thoughts and the concerns of others around you. You will find that on the surface, most worries and concerns for self and other humans in modern societies can be traced to the deficiency, desire, need or management of money. In contrast, you will find that below the subtle surface, practically all noteworthy concerns can be traced to the deficiency, desire, need or management of the evolution of self and the entire human race. Obvious surface money concerns result from our socialized inability to devote time for personal evolution, as both personal priorities and time have been subordinated to the need and obligation to earn income.

There is a civilization-implemented priority placed on those without sufficient money to compete with other global citizens for financial security. Because this money has become so essential, the people must preempt their true desired and intended global contributions to attempt achievement of lifetime financial security for self and loved ones.

The reader must not underestimate the full implications of the previous statement. Each global citizen has unique potential contributions and aspirations for the global community. Yet, most global citizens are grossly misdirected to lifetime attempts and worries to generate and preserve financial security for self and family. If I had more money, I could take routine retreats to far away lands such as the Buddhist temples in Tibet or the tropical rain forests in South America.

If I had more money, I would donate all I could to the very poor in Africa.

If I had more money, perhaps I would have more marital candidates who would be interested enough in me to learn of my wonderful inner qualities I have to offer.

If I had more money, I could finally leave my physically and emotionally violent mate and rebuild a new life for me and my children.

If I had more money, I would have time to volunteer within my community, my country and globally.

If I had more money, I could focus more on the ideas I receive daily to advance the human race.

If I had more money, I could give much more to the homeless and less fortunate people I see on the streets daily.

If my government had more money, they could provide wholesome foods for all citizens, eliminate homelessness, balance budgets, purchase an abundance of required energy sources and hire the greatest workers.

If my community residents had more money, there would be less motivation to commit crimes.

Clearly you understand that this list of money possibilities can continue without end. What is common among all of the above wishes for more money is that they are happening now and represent cries of the global majority to break free from a mental, civilization-created prison.

Social Stagnation and Decline:

One of the most detrimental impacts of money systems on the human race is the degradation of families and significant relationships. Aside from rural families and simple communities with abundant farmland and neighbors working together to provide basic food needs, urban living comes at a far too expensive social price for many people.

In the current era, most people will acknowledge that the choice and selection process for relationships and marriage is strongly influenced by perceptions regarding the abilities of the couple to maintain sufficient stable cash inflows. This hopeful financial criterion for choosing whether to enter a relation and for mate selection often acts as the same financial failure instrument that ends the relationship. Couples find themselves unable to maintain a happy relationship because of the inability of at least one of them to satisfy the financial expectations that encouraged them to initially merge.

Essentially, there is a sustained financial decision and selection criterion passed to successive generations that encourages people to commit to relations and to build families such that without the need for money, vastly different and wiser choices probably would be made. Without financial considerations, relationship choice, criteria and timing could be based primarily on more sustainable and merit worthy foundations such as maturity, proven devotion to family, common interests, mutual trust and admiration for ones community and ones desire to actively participate within it.

Many nations provide their military units with free food, water, shelter, training and medical care. The obvious reason is that nations want their military members fully supported and unconcerned about daily needs, thereby enabling members to fully focus on their tasks. So nations should contemplate why they fail to institute this same logic for all of their citizens. Global planners should contemplate why they fail to institute this same logic for all global citizens.

Insufficient Access to Resources:

Technically, money is not the problem directly but insufficient access to essential resources by all members of our race. Sufficient money within the current social paradigm allows one to acquire sufficient resources and to preserve a sense that resources will be available in the future. As long as at least one global citizen lose due to the global money system, the system is broken and in need of repair or replacement. Since the insufficient resource problem probably existed before the introduction of money systems, then we simply have the same problem of distribution. This appears to be at the crux of the issue – how do we both provide for every individual globally and simultaneously advance the entire human race in a peaceful environment?

Will money systems warrant a place in our future advancement? Our currency system serves the purpose of providing a means to exchange goods, services and value. With this system, money has always transacted among individuals, companies, governments and other entities. The downfall of this system in the current era and in the future is that the fierce competition to transfer money from others to self is now severely limiting global progress when we are in most need of and capable of progressive cooperative philosophies and activities consistent with globally adopted highest ideals.

Sample Money Fixation Indicator:

One significant indicator that humanity has already exceeded its dependency on money systems and continues to avoid pure cooperation is that human birth and death come at a financial price in modern societies. Individuals usually have no control over  these events.  Nevertheless, birth and death can cost family members the equivalent of perhaps thousands of dollars. One could argue that to avoid such financial impacts, simply choose a relatively self-contained country lifestyle. Surely some people have done so for exactly that reason. However, many continue searching for vast opportunities to reach their potential, and larger cities usually provide more opportunities in this regard.

Subhuman Compromises:

Because humans implement competitive monetary policies that produce deaths from financial suicides, then humans sustain psyche conditions that encourage more humans to feel less worthy and therefore vulnerable to future suicidal tendencies. When humans fail to nurture every global citizen by allowing death from famine, human leadership ultimately deemed that self supersedes the survival and prosperity responsibilities for another human. Ironically, supporting that same individual could have returned global contributions worthy of nobel prize nominations. Global leadership continues to demonstrate no faith in the capacity of the one to benefit the global many. Prostitution exists partially because vulnerable people require more survival resources for themselves or their families. Of course, money or other valuables are required to obtain these survival resources.

When any one person cannot afford to pay for needed medical procedures, there is competition to determine which side will yield to transfer their money or services to the other. It is often the case that the patient will lose this competition as the medical facility has the power to gather needed personnel, equipment and facilities to serve the patient. This is not to judge the medical facility as they truly wish to serve the patient. However, they have plenty of other patients who have ample insurance or funds to pay for their procedures. It makes sense, from a highest ideal system based on money, that those able to pay are given priority. It is noteworthy that medical facilities are required to provide emergency medical care regardless of ones ability to pay. Following our highest ideals would involve ensuring that each person would receive the highest medical care available at all times without cost.

A person who must choose between paying the rent and paying for food is competing with the landlord who wants the rent on time, with the grocer who want their foods purchased and with self who wants both a good place to live and good food to eat. Parents who must choose to work extra hours or extra jobs to pay for family expenses are competing with employers who want the needed skills and time at the least salary, with their children who need the benefits of the extra money yet cries for needed hours of parental attention taken away from them by the employers and with self as their highest ideals of having both sufficient time and resources to care for their family cannot be achieved. A defendant involved in spousal support legal proceedings competes with the court to minimize how much must be transferred each month, with legal counsel who requires payment for a strong defense and often with the spouse who may want a support level ordered far beyond what is necessary only to add extra financial burden, unhappiness and stress to the defendant.

Speculation Investments – Gambling Mentality:

As of June 2008, while writing a portion of this work, the market price of crude oil was about $135 per barrel. Government officials argue that perhaps high oil prices are artificially inflated in part by speculator investment groups who buy and sell oil futures and other oil market derivatives with no intention of actually taking possession of the oil product at any time. These oil speculators compete with other speculators and investors hoping that the oil market will move in their desired direction, with the stock market in general as high oil prices are correlated with an under-performing stock market and with end users such as airlines, shipping and delivery companies and the general public as they rely on affordable prices of the essential liquid.

Human Suffering and Competition:

Introducing the above scenarios regarding the entities competing among each other for money does not imply that such activities are wrong. These scenarios were introduced to reflect the wide range by which money and competition detrimentally impacts our race. Some must win and some must lose.  Accordingly, money, currency and debt are ripe for global expiration. The perception of our current money system will be considered appropriate and worthy of defense among those having full awareness of the families, communities and nations that continue to suffer by the system.

The money system appears to work as long as the pursuit of money reflects the limit of our highest ideals and that those with insufficient coins, money papers and credit are disregarded according to “survival of the most financially fit” ideals. However, after contemplating global models that citizens will respect, expect and protect for over one thousand years, one global vision will arise.  Upon the necessity to evolve by adopting higher ideals such as equity and respect, cooperation via non-competition and individual and global advancement, the institution of money appears strongly outdated as it cannot function to serve all people. If every person received all their necessities based on a combination of need and equal distribution, there would be no purpose or desire to pursue money of any form.

These forms of disparities unnecessarily and detrimentally dominate our existence. Civilization strives to adapt by replacing older systems and their associated problems with newer systems that solves the older associated problems and allows room for future adaptations. Money systems are division-friendly by distributing resources according to ones ability level and not primarily by need. In contrast evolution-friendly systems distribute resources according to real needs of individuals, communities and nations and respect the dignity of all people. Replacing money as a system with a more modern system of personal evolution and contribution is the way to place humanity on the path of shedding old problems of have versus have-not societies, money-related crimes, schemes, bribery, selfishness, jealousy, deception, etc. and replacing them with people, communities, governments and nations that implement policies and decisions consistent with their true hearts and independent of financial corruption.

Money cannot directly solve problems:

Money has no direct power to solve any problem, create any technology or devise any new philosophy. Vehicles launch into space to accomplish many missions at high financial cost. The vehicles would still launch if all personnel, systems and plans operated without money but based on the motives of mutual cooperation and the privilege to express highly developed skills from education and experience. Money would be unnecessary as all personnel receive free food, water, shelter, medical and education regardless of job position. All materials for space vehicle construction and maintenance are free as they come from factories whose workers also receive free food, water, shelter, medical and education regardless of job position. So, the problem of launching vehicles into space was not achieved or limited directly by money but by cooperative participation acting together. The full realization of launching vehicles into space and every other endeavor at zero cost will occur at the exact moment when we globally cooperate to untie every financial grip that restricts every nation, institution, community and individual worldwide.

There is no problem or objective that could not be solved in the absence of money exchange. The obstacle preventing comprehension of this idea is heavily ingrained in our psyche by centuries of dependency on money systems. Money equates to a default damage control system that continues due to the failure to evolve into a global cooperative operating model. Money lacks both short-term strength and long-term stamina to inspire those of virtue, and it does not deserve to be our intermediary of exchange. Remember, if everyone receiving goods and services could do so without exchanging money then they would do so. In a cooperative model, basic needs such as food, water and shelter are free.

We choose to continue reinforcing the separations among us by treating one another as strangers and competitors by requiring money for basic needs. The relevant connection is that many less fortunate people lack sufficient money to pay for a meal. But under the cooperative model, anyone could get a free meal when desired. The possession of money causes added stress to protect and preserve its value. Without money as a distraction, people can identify and address root problems and issues more directly. Money systems have been ingrained into civilized culture for so long that perhaps we have forgotten the benefits and character of conducting mass exchange based solely on need or goodwill.

Some may speculate that the human race is now too far interdependent on money and individually enslaved or addicted to it such that we are now incapable as one global psyche to transcend it. This is the battle with money that prevents progress of every endeavor in our time. To some degree, every decision depends on money while money directly accomplishes nothing that could not be accomplished by replacing it with pure cooperation. Accordingly, it functions as an unwanted tool of insecurity and control that cannot be dismissed by a majority of everyday citizens globally. Frankly, most people need money in the 21st century only to avoid the fear and pain of not having it and the resources that only money can provide in our outdated and detrimentally competitive distribution system. Accordingly, there will always be those who will never be satisfied with what money they currently have as it represents the potential limit of their future security. Money systems will continue to sprout robbers, thieves, deceivers and murderers who will seek the quantity of money and other valuables deemed entitled by them. Replacing money with pure cooperation will ingrain among global citizens that the limit of their future security would be based on their abilities of global and local cooperation.

Price Versus Value:

Explorers search during a lifetime to discover ancient artifacts. Although the rediscovered treasures could be sold for large sums of money, the wise and the intelligent seek the real value in the historical significance and the information gained upon discovering the secrets of the artifacts. The beneficiary becomes all of mankind. Money, if used at all, should be a tool to negotiate an exchange among nonessential goods, services and value. The fact that goods, services and value must be negotiated such that some win and some lose is our best evidence that mankind has not evolved from the limiting competition model to the evolving cooperation model.

Negotiating money distribution is an attempt to provide short-term relief among those in need while the unresolved, long-term problem of failing to correct the flaw that creates the problem continues. Therefore, money will be needed again to pacify the next short-term negotiation when again some win and some lose. Money has value only when the institutions in control of it set the value. Upon total defeat and occupation by an enemy of war, the currency of the defeated becomes immediately subject to the implied worth set by the conqueror. This often equates to worthless pieces of paper etched with esoteric but significant markings and faces of people who are not members of your family. This paper immediately becomes an item limited to historical significance and memorabilia of the era.

Government Monetary Protection:

Governments expend immense effort and resources to design, manufacture, protect, distribute, and monitor money. Moreover, extensive effort is expended to capture and prosecute money robbers and counterfeiting entities. As long as the money system exists, there will always be those who will seek the portion of money they deem entitled or needed by them, legally or illegally.

Complexity Of Modern Money Systems:

Money systems have become so complex that academic financial degrees exist to maintain proficiency in its comprehension and application. One minute should be the maximum time required to explain and fully master any system designed for fair global participation. The fact that vast rules and complex financial formulas are required to understand and to excel in money systems suggest that some can comprehend and some cannot comprehend the system. Accordingly, money as an institution resists equal opportunities among global people. An entity can donate money to help equalize opportunities, but this differs from having systems and philosophies that inherently provide equality and the corresponding dignity that naturally follows from such intentional systems.

There is excessive mental and emotional energy sacrificed in the pursuit of money. If money thoughts were analyzed, an obvious majority of citizens would conclude that most thoughts of money are more negative than positive. Money thoughts are labeled as a life burden than a life enhancement. Granted that sufficient money provides life enhancements but the frequent and unavoidable thoughts of money are mostly undesirable and comes at extremely high emotional cost. There is a sense of awe speculating about the era when our descendants can conservatively estimate that at least seventy percent of all thoughts and activities of their modern civilization are related to the pursuit of happiness and productivity through the development of self, family, communities and all humanity.

Global Monetary Impact and Scope:

Every United States recession and depression since 1797 was caused by either irresponsible human finances or conflicts. At the very least, none of these recessions or depressions were caused by the actions or choices of everyday citizens. Future recessions and depressions will also be caused by national, global and institutional monetary policies or rogue activities which could and should be deemed unnecessary and detrimental to all present and future human social conditions.  

Consider that ones unavoidable money worries and insecurities are multiplied by billions of other global citizens with similar conditions. Also consider that leading world financial entities are both dedicated and addicted to a financial system that does not and cannot provide essential resources for every global citizen. Furthermore, global leaders participate in a culture that voluntarily chooses not to implement cooperative policies to serve all global citizens. If world leadership was truly committed to elevating every global citizen, then they would have done so already, regardless of any perceived money obstacle.

Salary and Quality of Life:

Sufficient salary and technology resources are substandard in many countries. It is reasonable that people desire to improve their lives and will legally or illegally cross the borders of nations having greater opportunities and quality of living resources. Illegal immigration often places a social burden on host nations by stressing health care, housing, education, employment and family service systems. Additionally, some will burden criminal justice systems through illegal drug and violence organizations. It is noteworthy that these motivations would be significantly reduced in environments where more equitable distributions of resources and knowledge existed.

Jobs: Compensation Versus Contribution:

Job management, compensation models and assumptions are severely outdated and deserving overhaul. Discussions of economies are currently infused with demands for unequal paying jobs that therefore create unequal opportunities and unequal resource distributions. This system is now outdated as citizens are more aware that they are worth more than a paycheck. Furthermore, citizens understand philosophically and economically that job security depends on current demand for skills, materials and products which are in constant flux. Therefore it is logical to conclude that as long as economic security depends on job security, then there will be citizens who are aware that their economic inequality condition is supported by government policies and fleeting economic conditions.

Fleeting economic conditions support unstable job conditions as changing demand for goods and services cannot sustain individuals no longer in demand. Governments support unstable job conditions as they desire and require that essential survival resources, education, health care and benefits be exchanged for money, which is never guaranteed for every individual to possess in sufficient quantities.

Job Dissatisfaction Traded For Compensation:

Global citizens spend a significant percent of daily awakened time  searching for and maintaining jobs to earn income. When you focus on the many humans worldwide who are dissatisfied with their work, regardless of the reason, you realize one of the most detrimental exchanges of job dissatisfaction for compensation. When job dissatisfaction is further isolated due to unhealthy supervisory temperaments and leadership skills, then there lies the primary conditions for the continued decline in worker dignity, excellence and loyalty in order to protect needed financial inflow. Insufficient Motivation For Future Human Productivity:

Furthermore, optimum productivity cannot be obtained by common compensation forms. Optimum productivity occurs when individuals willingly work towards objectives of their choice and aptitude, such as a hobby. Likewise, mutual exchanges will allow citizens to  change lifestyles between the equal-need and off-cooperative based systems at any time. Furthermore, mutual exchanges would occur between citizens who simply wish to trade living systems or geographic locations locally or worldwide. The difference between this cooperative system and our current global system is competition. Current society encourages competition for geographic locations and lifestyles while the cooperative model accomplishes the same without excessive competition. The cooperative model removes the end consequences of significant losses in finances, capacity and support for family and self. Every global citizen has a choice at every phase of life.

In the end, the long-term goal is a responsible voluntary consumption model at community levels. Due to current psyche and excess expectation conditions, initial voluntary consumption will be deemed infeasible in many regions. Until global citizens are secure with the system, then the strategy would be to implement systems to ensure that each individual or entity can receive their equal share or value of goods and services upon request. Such assumptions are essentially void under this cooperative operating model as governments set cooperative environments while communities, collaboration groups and individuals deliver results from increased cooperation and ingenuity.

Historically, to operate within competitive resource environments, countries considered vast financial costs for resources, personnel, administrative expenses and long-term financial maintenance. Coupled with the restriction that other countries were not active participants and beneficiaries from similar plans, what remained, at best, was a country with a financially unsupported, long-term dream destined for short-term sustenance.

Assumptions under those competitive models expire as replacing global money systems with global cooperation simultaneously alters and approximately equalizes every related concern such as the distribution of food, housing, education and health care. By removing money and compensation from all considerations, the cooperative model becomes a vigorous model for optimism and productivity. It removes artificial barriers of cost and budgets. It removes useless daily focus and worry regarding sufficient funds for any future endeavor.

Entities will continue strong support for global money systems as the proven means to redistribute resources among the largest proportion of global human beings. Money does facilitate distribution of wealth and resources among those who can successfully participate within the system.

The fault with this philosophy is that the same money system punishes the remaining proportion of global citizens who are deprived of the opportunity exchange within it due to limitations of geography, technology, skills in current demand or available resources to exchange. Further, money reinforces false psyche conditions worldwide that permit superiority beliefs from excesses and inferiority beliefs from deficiencies.

Some will insist that the current money system is superior for creating and  distributing global wealth. Even if true, this benefit cannot serve the next evolutionary progress era requirement to adapt and thrive without systems and institutions that cause entities to compete for survival resources. While sustaining a competitive global money system, perhaps the most relevant detriment is that humans are aware that the system is not designed to accommodate every global citizen. At least one citizen will be omitted and will suffer as a direct result of it. In fact, billions worldwide are currently deprived of the minimum poverty level resources every year. The mere awareness of and participation in the system subdue the human psyche and evolutionary advancement.

The best evidence revealing that humans are ready to truly cooperate is to compare and contrast typical military versus civilian lifestyles and benefits. Military service members tend to receive zero cost food, water, shelter, health and medical care, job training and perhaps off-duty education in a non-competitive manner.

Many countries further extend additional benefits to family members. The essential issue is how the human race will function without money exchange. Most other issues will manage themselves. Therefore, global distribution models must be flexible and robust enough to provide for those who would innocently suffer from such actions if global leadership must engage specific aggressor entities. Many will argue that goods, services and property cannot be disseminated equally. Actually if perfect equality was the goal, then that would be the easiest objective to fulfill, as everyone would receive identical goods, services and property regardless of age or physical needs. Either way, singles, married couples and other cohabitation groups could choose among appropriate living scenarios at zero cost. Any entity could choose among dormitory, apartment, condominium, housing neighborhoods or even relative seclusion. The system is robust with built-in flexibility as properties could be readily exchanged among other citizens as needed or desired. With minimal complications, entities could swap geographical locations to meet changing demands for personal skills or mutual changes of scenery. These exchange arrangements could be temporary or permanent among entities locally, nationally or globally. When all skills and efforts are willingly shared, there would be no need for buying and selling, profits and losses or having and not having.

Other than relative seclusion, living choices could include quality daily meals prepared by highly skilled culinary chefs. These chefs would receive continuous training updates as scheduled throughout the year. These chefs, naturally, would provide their services at zero cost.

The old imperfect distribution system would be replaced with this progressive yet imperfect system with inherent philosophies that reflect cooperative highest ideals of the human race.

What’s In It For Me?

How is the presumption of a “what’s in it for me” majority mentality addressed? It is believed that acts of human nature are divided into those in response to competitive-restricting or cooperative-nurturing environments. Our current global, national and often community and individual environments are infused with competition for every resource and consideration for survival and advancement. Accordingly, we should not be surprised that human beings have responded to such competition with “what’s in it for me” defensive posturing.

Furthermore, we should not expect any significant and sustainable improvements globally or individually without a fundamental change in the way we choose to interact among each other, derived from change at a base philosophical level. The recommendation is a bold shift from a competitive to a cooperative base philosophy. In doing so, individuals worldwide would be keenly aware that they are valuable participants of a global transformation where competition is replaced with cooperation. This global cooperative structure would provide individuals with an increased incentive to choose their higher nature of “what’s in it for the human race” as the new presumed majority mentality.

What about individuals not choosing to volunteer? Similar to the current competitive model, a community system could become vulnerable to deterioration if grossly mismanaged. In comparison, even the richest nations currently have social systems for those unable to provide for themselves. Furthermore, much energy is wasted to identify and remove those falsely deemed eligible for social assistance. Either way, there will be those who will not volunteer during various periods of their lifetime. Under this cooperative model, these periods should be anticipated and deemed healthy for personal growth, perspective and relaxation. These periods will ensure that the vast majority of global citizens will return re-energized for further global volunteerism and contribution.

It is believed that nothing less than extended periods of pure idle thinking and inaction among the majority within a skilled and educated community would be required to fall short of providing a steady abundance of goods and services for the community and excess supply for goodwill to those in need worldwide.

There will be moments when volunteers will receive inquiries from non-volunteers regarding the wisdom of volunteering when one could receive the same resources and benefits without volunteering. Individuals will choose healthy volunteer and non-volunteer periods in their lifetime. Volunteer periods will be productive only with those willing and ready to serve.  Volunteers will recognize that their contributions are what make non-volunteerism and sustained global advancement possible for self and others.

So volunteers will be honorably fulfilling their roles while capable non-volunteers having every opportunity to develop needed skills will in time realize that a life without service is very disappointing. In general, non-volunteers will realize that they were denying themselves the esteem, appreciation and welcome that would come only from learning, optimizing and sharing their skills and time as needed by other citizens locally and perhaps globally.

Without a profit concern, there would be no inherent financial motive among jobs but there would be the motive for physical and mental expression to fulfill ones highest potential with local and often global contribution effects. Nations, communities and individuals frequently come together to assist another during times of hardship and disaster.

This cooperation model calls for nations, communities and individuals to carry the same goodwill nature with them daily while it provides every individual with multiple opportunities for achieving ones life potentials as never before in human history. Of course no one could conclusively determine that every community worldwide will immediately adopt and succeed with volunteer principles as a way of life. However, when presented with the added security and confidence that their basic needs and essential resources will be available, that practically all communities worldwide are working in a parallel fashion, that such a plan was created with their opinions as significant contributions, that this one step is the most significant part of a global plan that will eventually retire the majority of current global problems and initiate immediate sustainable growth opportunities for every individual, then informed communities and individuals will generally endorse the plan.

Interests Conflicts Among Leadership Entities:

Some components of leadership would retain serious theoretical conflicts of interests such that supporting mankind initiatives of this nature and magnitude would unacceptably jeopardize their personal wealth and influence. This sense of despair is symptomatic of evolutionary stagnation and equates to a vote of no confidence by a currently undetermined number of citizens globally.

The relevant point is not how citizens have voted already because this issue is not at the forefront of exploration or debate anywhere. The point is what is in their unspoken hearts today. Serious exploration and contemplation of this proposal by governments worldwide would demonstrate honor and commitment to all global citizens.

Fixations on monetized needs by modern community and global exchange systems now subdue or even restrict the theoretical rate of global advancement. As only one example among many, homes within abundant sunlight communities could now be solar powered with excess energy to charge automotive  and portable energy sources. With this current state of human technology, the problem-solver must inquire why communities worldwide are not adopting similar self-contained energy generation systems.

Upon careful analysis, the conclusion will be that creating and actively distributing self-contained energy systems for independent use would cause unacceptable losses in jobs and revenue. Keep in mind that the owners and other profiting entities do not see the continuation of their operations as an obstacle but as a solution at best, but surely as a means of a stable income stream. The truth is that municipal-driven power generation systems were necessary when no alternate, self-sustainable technologies existed for the individual property owner.

Without monetary consideration anywhere, similar transitions would have already occurred without resistance. It is this mandatory need to manage and to protect monetized productivity and living that keeps humanity small in nature. This is just one example of how policymakers deny sustainable solutions by making substandard decisions that would be avoided in the absence of monetary exchange and in the presence of pure cooperation.  Money systems in the 21st century are artificial barriers and cause humans to think and act in ways inconsistent with their highest intelligence and ideals. So, the global human psyche must graduate away from strategies that must require money and towards strategies that could fully eradicate problems at their root causes.

Many institutions such as profit corporations and political entities are anticipated to offer resistance since well-established organizations of profit and power would transition with perhaps far less profit, financial influence or control compared to the old money-based ideal system. To pursue our higher global existence requires a commitment to retire all entities that profit to the detriment of any one global citizen.

Some governments and entities have questionable financially-supported interests to protect, conceal and advance. To voluntarily remove their primary or sole influence tool would place their operations in jeopardy. If discovered, these operations may be deemed to be wasteful, illegal or obvious misappropriations of public funds.

Truth discovery will always occur by following and meticulously accounting for the large money trail to every final good and service purchased. Search for discrepancies in paperwork, verbal and written agreements, witness irregularities, excess and unusual charges, inventories unaccounted, unusual combination of goods ordered by entities assumed to operate independently, large funding of special projects, undisclosed funding for technology developed or purchased and unverifiable funding distributions. Discovering and revealing the truth regarding the use of public funds will always be in the best interest of its citizens, regardless of justifications.

Upon unveiling every hidden fact, the public will further absorb the consequences of endorsing money and compensation as these models encourage and facilitate the covert extraction of value to conceal operations. Such activities resist truth and confidence among local and global entities and confirm that money systems are outdated as they cannot serve the future of mankind, having truth and global cooperation at its forefront.

Great caution should be exercised when government entities shape the planning, timing and implementation of global money eradication. Government and other influential entities with perspectives far removed from the people will likely attempt to institute pathways for the advancement of government and themselves at the expense of the people. Only the global masses can institute and endorse plans and visions worthy of their long-term support.

Resistance Among Community Members:

Given a worse case theoretical scenario where a skilled community encounters an act of nature that damages a significant portion of community property, we would look to skilled construction personnel, related building professionals and available unskilled volunteers to be willing to help rebuild the community. This system could break down if everyone decided not to apply their special skills and practice good nature. This would place great shame on individuals who have received their special skills and all basic needs at zero cost and yet choose not to help when needed.

Providing for all basic needs worldwide encourages and makes goodwill possible everywhere. Theoretically, any individual can volunteer to participate in the recovery and advancement of any other community worldwide. Transportation, basic necessities of food, water, shelter or medical care would not be a concern at any component of the decision process or at the final destination where physical presence may be required. This awareness of global cooperation will shift mankind away from self interests and towards family, community and global interests.

It is now apparent why human skills, knowledge and physical resources must be shared at zero cost globally. Otherwise, the ideal of volunteerism will be aggressively replaced with the old competitive ideal of profit where some communities will win and some communities will lose.

Hypothetically, even if citizens worldwide voted today to support the full global cooperative model and all of its benefits, they currently do not believe it can happen. In other words, an undetermined number of people lack adequate confidence in the desire and commitment of  global leadership to deliver the world model desired. This is because there are so many influential entities in our local communities and worldwide that depend on financial reward as a motive such that to jeopardize their long established, money-based operations may equate to political nightmares or termination.

It is this sense of subtle despair derived from a hypothetical scenario but felt by people worldwide that provides speculation that a significant number of world citizens lack confidence in the ability and desire of world leadership to act purely in the interest of humanity. Citizens worldwide know in their hearts that this is the path we must take, yet they must immediately abandon their ideal because of their strong belief that their leadership has vastly different ideas regarding global progress and the presence of overwhelming forces supporting business as usual.

In the aftermath of global money and compensation eradication, entities must identify and learn to confront declines, activities and horrors attributed to past money and other compensation systems. Individuals must confront regretful, shameful decisions and activities due to pursuits of monetary and other artificial gains.  Governing and other group entities depending on compensations systems must realize the countless technological and human advancement proposals that failed or was delayed due to artificial financial barriers. These voluntary confrontations are necessary healing steps towards true advancement. System Abuse:

Upon careful consideration regarding multiple systems to allot resources among individuals, it is concluded that, similar to the current era, there would always be some individual or entity who will attempt to legally or illegally transfer resources to themselves to the detriment of others. Only in systems where all essential resources are freely available can we minimize acts of control and related controversy.

Biometric implanted RFID (radio frequency identification) devices will be met with justified concerns regarding their safety and ultimate usage.  Usages and capabilities known by the general public versus development and leadership entities may vary.  Individuals must always have the right and ultimate power to not participate and to control these devices.

Job Safety Concerns:

There will be certain vital but perhaps dangerous jobs that people would prefer not to volunteer to perform. Emphasis must be placed on the larger picture that without these volunteers, significant resource utilization or other important human endeavors would not be possible. Every consideration must be given to prevent or reduce danger to individuals and other life. More volunteers can be recruited to reduce individual exposures.

Further commitments can be introduced to procure or invent specialized protective equipment. Meanwhile, informing the workers that continued research advancements from multiple collaborations of entities and individuals worldwide are in progress to eventually replace all humans in such dangerous environments with robotic and other technological substitutes.

There will be strong tendencies to continue the current system as governments and citizens are well accustomed to using money. This mindset rejects global progress strategies by holding on to outdated habits and debilitating systems that are incompatible with progress. Both global leadership and global citizens must acquire adaptive mentalities that commit to the future by always looking beyond the present.

Compensation and Justice in NonMonetized Societies:

Without financial compensation, it would be essential to develop just, humane and effective laws and methods to resolve disputes. Without money, property or debt for exchange or compensation, there must be intelligent and effective alternatives to administer justice without resorting to barbarism. Likewise, it is not preferred to frequently imprison citizens for slight infractions. As there is no one effective solution for all nations and communities, more speculation will surely provide the many alternatives to effectively manage the conduct of general society.

Possible solutions involve substitution of similar goods damaged or providing related personalized services to the injured party. Of course, forgiveness is always effective and inspiring. It is the long-term vision of the author that, within several centuries of instituting policies consistent with global highest ideals, humanity can potentially evolve such that intentional killing and other voluntary, inhumane activities could expire from the human experience. This possibility exists because of the latent capacity for the global human psyche to rise above competitive thoughts and activities when the proper supportive environment is sustained.

Lack of Cooperative Psyche:

To provide for those in most need, a generous mindset to donate obvious excesses is required. Furthermore, during extreme shortages anywhere, all community managers are expected and required to scale down resource consumption until the crisis has ended. Upon confirmation of significant shortage anywhere, public media and internet technology disseminate requests for assistance. National or community level management responds with the quantities of resources available for donation and transportation support. Entities unable to donate essential needs can offer delivery support or simple wishes for future prosperity. Only an email response or a completed online form is required for many of these donation pledges. However, gratitude for support received deserves the widest dissemination.

Administrative Challenges:

The successful uncoupling from competitive money-based resource distributions to cooperative-based resource distributions worldwide will occur as global leadership unite and deliver its proclamation along with full justifications to the human race regarding its purpose, scope, benefits, vulnerabilities and long-term vision. This declaration would permit a thoughtful model and plan for cooperation and interaction derived from significant contributions by representatives of all people.

It is believed that upon understanding the vision and the plan, global citizens would willingly accept what will eventually be classified as relatively small sacrifices incurred. Before this can happen, first a global wisdom must be adopted indicating sufficient consensus existing to justify the transition towards money eradication. Second, formal and informal global think-tanks, with significant contributions from individuals worldwide, would contemplate possible obstacles and their associated adaptations. Third, each nation and community would determine how to adapt and proceed with implementations to best serve their people yet consistent with the prescribed global highest ideals. Communities must be able to maintain an accurate status and projection of available skills, qualifications and proficiencies at all times. Eventually, nations must establish a global deadline for retiring or converting any and all contracts and agreements having money as a means of exchange, compensation or performance guarantee.

History of Our Descendants:

Imagine 100 years after retiring all money systems from the human experience. Future generations will feel most fortunate to study and discuss currency (money systems) from museums and databases as relics of this era and having only a historical purpose in their time.

Influence and Corruption:

To totally retire money systems is to also retire the effects of money systems. Only then will governments have fair and increased opportunities to deliver on their obligations to the people without the long-lived shadows of financial influence and corruption. Retiring money systems brings man much closer to ending world poverty and beginning world healing.

Replacing competitive money systems with pure local and global cooperation retires subhuman resource deficiencies leading to prostitution. Only after retiring all money and critical resource-based motivations for prostitution can humans focus on the remaining psychological based needs to continue such activities.

Our civilization has designed environments equal to getting what you can on a basis of how much you have to offer at the expense of others who are less fortunate. This imbalance creates a motivation for a person or entity to contemplate crime, to set his environment right in his own mind. If basic food, water and shelter are not free and available to all people, then there will always be those who will pay or exchange at a premium to receive them and reinforce the disparity between those who receive and those who are denied.

The extra blow to our humanity is that our collective psyche is openly aware that others are denied these basic needs while we pay for them. There is no currently known plan to truly eradicate the suffering caused by the denial of basic human needs worldwide. As governments do their part as planned, we want them to do more. Our highest ideals, our subconscious minds, scream to us to end this travesty in the presence of the irony that the necessary cost must be disregarded.

Human Evolution:

The human race must actively choose positive evolution. While money has solved many obstacles of the past, it now represents more of an obstacle than of a solution to future advancement. The capacity for the institution of money to inspire and direct humanity towards the future has expired. Humans have arrived in knowledge and productive capacities to provide for and to advance all global humans.

The primary obstacle is the global “what’s in it for me” mentality. This global aspiration for money, and all money can buy, prevents progressive change at global, national, community, family and individual levels. Humans must evolve to approach decision processes that consider the objectives and actual resources required, but intentionally excluding unnecessary intermediaries such as money.

Knowledge resources of one prominent university can permanently advance the entire human race, yet we continue to restrict knowledge access from thousands of colleges and universities worldwide only to those able to pay by cash or debt. This thinking model is unintelligent from a global human survival and prosperity perspective. Money institutions cannot lead the human race in this regard.

Without money and wealth acquisition as motives, media broadcasts can return to their original purpose of disseminating informative and educational information. Accordingly, there would be no need to bombard broadcasting with preemptive advertising for financial gain. Mankind would eliminate a primary means to deceive its people due to the false or otherwise misleading claims of advertisers with questionable motives and credibility.

Without money or compensation needed or sought, global citizens will gladly volunteer for the opportunity to express their skills at the highest possible capacity for contribution, recognition and progress. Moreover, supervisory personnel will tend to succeed based on their ability to create harmonizing and cooperative environments for an all volunteer workforce. Accordingly, there will be permanent declines in long-term worker dissatisfaction and supervisory abuse. Supervisory personnel will acquire every motive to create and sustain friendly environments for volunteer workforces.

In the end, you must choose the global direction by the systems that best meet your practical needs and represent  your values and evolutionary aspirations. When you inquire “who am I?” then you must also place self in proper context among your entire species. Even if you are self sufficient, you also speculate regarding the resource systems that nurture or bind the collective species. You must extend your analysis in this manner because both the honorable and embarrassing activities and psyche of your species complete the picture of self-identity. You cannot fully escape this partial influence and burden due to species generalization.

Highest Ideals:

To pursue our highest ideals, we must eventually experience an era in time when global cooperation will have successfully evolved such that all exchange of goods, services, technologies and knowledge are based primarily on need or equality, without regard to the wealth of any nation or individual. To totally disregard financial wealth, money systems must be retired.

If our world has enough food to feed every human being, then we should do so, period. It does not matter how much money it will cost. Accomplishing this goal is the only way that we as individuals can evolve to our next progressive state. On every level known to us, we must know that we are taking care of each other. Otherwise, by default we reinforce the notion that we are out to get what we can at the expense of another.

Note that it is not necessary to have willful intent to deny essential goods to another. The mere awareness of acquiring essential goods and services while another is deprived is a sufficient force to stagnate human advancement. This is the thinking pattern that limits the true advancement of every individual and the entire human race.

No one can achieve his or her greatest potential, knowing that one human being suffers while a means to help exists and one refuses to act. Not doing right by others, regardless whether we know them personally, eats at us like a cancer. We must arrive at a time in our near future when we gladly feed every being of our race at zero cost because cost will be an unnecessary topic of debate or conversation. The ability to operate globally without the need for money but based only on need or equality will be the milestone, as evidence that we can then continue to evolve based on cooperation.

Replacing the civilization model of competition with the new civilization model of cooperation has a chance to penetrate into the hearts and minds of everyday people as representing the best way to live and interact among each other. Yes, there is greater clarity that the human race can achieve higher individual and global greatness by classifying this financial obstacle as obsolete and retiring it once and for all.

We simply cannot follow our highest ideals for living as a race while competing with each other on every level for money and resources. Achieving our highest ideals and competing for money and resources are highly incompatible activities. The belief that the human race can continue to positively evolve, trusting money competition models and denying basic needs to the less fortunate, lacks foresight into the prerequisites for our next stage of human evolution. The belief that evidence of positive evolution is the successful gathering of money to create sufficiency and the developing of technologies only to further money inflow is the money paradox of discussion. No! Money competition models where the less fortunate suffers and cooperation models where all succeed cannot harmoniously coexist.

The failure to subordinate and ultimately eliminate money and other competition models will continue to support evolutionary stagnation and could be the catalyst to future sequences of events leading to the destruction of the entire human race. There are many scenarios which could produce this same catastrophic outcome. Simply the continued denial of basic needs or dignity of a few could be sufficient cause in the minds of those looking for entities of blame for their suffering. Doing all that we can as a mindful society to balance resources or to administer according to need is what can be done as a first major step to place the odds of survival and ultimate success in our global favor.

World nations compete for resources, thus creating major imbalances in wealth, security, quality of living and life opportunities for the people.

Most if not all world trade among nations are money-based which guarantees a separation between have and have-not nations where some win and some lose. It is generally unknown by most global citizens that every human on earth would have been allotted approximately 3.83 pounds, 1.74 kilograms, of food per day if all food produced was evenly shared in global cooperation among all humans in 2004. Global Preoccupations With Lesser Ideals:

There is no known strategy or globally adopted policy as part of a long-term plan and reflecting global highest ideals such that all nations win. Accordingly, nations must submit to multilateral negotiations, renegotiations and marginal or short-term resolutions that conflict with national and global interests.

The highest ideals of any civilization determine their global distribution model for survival resources, competency for conflict resolution, theory and application of justice, quality of social interactions, ability to harmonize within and among peoples, legacies passed to successive generations and consequently whether or not a civilization survives at all. The failure of all nations to commit to highest ideals for the human race leaves human civilization with gross susceptibilities to pursuits of lesser-evolving ideals and aspirations by other nations or entities. Such default pursuits are incompatible and perhaps damaging to the positive evolution of the entire human race.

Because nations are often preoccupied with managing defensive and offensive military positions, it becomes difficult to identify and address deficiencies of global highest ideals with which all nations win. Aggressors believe they win by striking their villain nation of focus. Defending nations believe that they win by denying aggressor nation strike capabilities. Such actions on either side reflect critical short-term thinking but do not address the motives for the initial aggression.

Weapons of Mass Destruction, WMD Proliferation, Global Insecurity:

Devastating weapons technology exists today without the corresponding restraints to guarantee their restricted use to legitimate global endeavors.

From 1940 to the present year, 2009, human civilization have spawned eight nations publicly known to possess nuclear weapons. That is eight nations in seven decades, which is an approximate increase of one nation per decade. Several additional nations have nuclear capable technology or knowledge, but they have signed treaty agreements to prevent proliferation.

Global expansion of WMD technologies are destined to continue under the current world model. Weapons of mass destruction controlled by individual nations create independent threat vulnerabilities from unstable governments and place all nations at potential risk. Currently, there are several nations controlling all known weapons of mass destruction, WMD.

This world management model appears permissible until an unstable nation gains the technology and threatens another entity. Currently, rogue nations justify their right to possess WMD weapons for national defense as do all other controlling nations. WMD technology historically functioned as a peaceful deterrent to WMD use. However, rogue nations and entities may not share this most conservative commitment. As global technological progress continues, it becomes inevitable that more nations will possess the capacity for WMD development at accelerating rates. Independent national control may not represent the best management model for long-term global security.

Without long-term globally adopted controls, history is bound to repeat itself by unleashing massive destructive power against the environment and against the people. Humans must never again risk genocide or worse by permitting unstable entities to obtain and control WMD. Comprehensive and enforceable global policies should exist to manage all present and future WMD technologies of any nation or entity.

1) Under what conditions would there be no motivation for the government or the people it represents to harm another nation?

2) Under what conditions would the government and the people it represents have no motive to generate hatred or discontent for another government or the people it represents?

3) Under what conditions would the government and the people it represents naturally interact in cooperation and peace?

4) Under what conditions would aggressor nations and independent entities respect formal avenues for grievance resolution as effective alternatives to inflicting terror and other forms of violence?

5) What are ones greatest conceivable vision and hope for the future of the human race?

Caution is emphasized not to perceive these questions as too detailed or mentally intensive to investigate, as there is no conceivable thought or act too large to ensure human survival and prosperity. The answers to these types of questions contribute to developing adoptable global highest ideals. Ignoring such questions by global leadership and individuals sustain hostile international relations and worldwide conditions.

Mutual Commitments:

Adopt global philosophy supporting the ideal that serious problems in any nation result in immediate commitments by all nations to seek prompt solutions and alternatives. All nations act in unity to solve common problems. Commitment to shared global resources provides incentives for nations and individuals to solve global problems. A national shortage anywhere becomes a global sharing effort and a global solution effort everywhere for credible international relations.

Think-tanks should incorporate a multitude of real life and theoretical scenarios for sustained optimization of the global resource distribution model.

The global defense council will have the responsibility and authority to classify, monitor, inspect, seize, relocate, activate, dismantle or dispose of any WMD, nuclear-biological-chemical technology items of risk worldwide.

This authority includes the inspection of nuclear energy sites for global security concerns. To ensure global stability, this mandate will carry full, uncompromised enforcement.

Strict protocols along with human, physical and technological checks and balances must be in place to ensure that wmd is used only for legitimate global purposes such as approved scientific endeavors or planetary defense. The most responsible and essential use for weapons of mass destruction may be to deter or defend against entities most hostile to our planet and our people, but used only as a last resort. If deemed suitable, examples may include dangerously close incoming projectiles such as asteroids and meteors or an attack from an intelligent entity from beyond the earth.

Governing Covenants and Political Posturing:

Major resistances will exist among nations from their varying governing covenants. Some of those resistances will emanate from concerns regarding the security of nations. Contemplations must resolve current governing laws and perceived vulnerabilities to achieve the desired globally adoptable highest ideals as defined by the people.

During the initial years towards pure global cooperation, some nations may choose protectionist-style laws, actions and beliefs to minimize the risk of change. This thinking creates international vulnerabilities affecting associated communities, families and individuals. For this reason, extensive interactions are required at every level of every government and their people to generate a consensus regarding how to adapt and optimize the global resource distribution model. Emphasis should be placed on contingency planning for trade disputes, capacity changes, logistical obstacles and other disruptive influences.

Global cooperation does not require a supreme global government, unless this is deemed to be the will of the global people.  Supreme ruling entities insert undue obstacles to free community exchanges. In this regard, world government as a supreme ruling entity is unnecessary if not detrimental. Nations claim sovereign rights to WMD devices. Justifying control by sovereign right is flawed with the unbearable risk to every nation outside the sovereign territory of WMD devices. Sovereign right justifications should be rejected when the consequences of their acts and materials controlled risk human life outside their own sovereign borders.

Independent WMD controls represent extreme examples of this global risk. Without global commitments to remove independent WMD, all humans remain potential targets for annihilation. Restructuring  control of all WMD under one global defense council transfers focus away from annihilation vulnerabilities between governments, peoples and other entities by properly redirecting focus to endeavors that could actually benefit the entire human race.

WMD Policy Implementation:

WMD management possess consequences too critical to plan, execute or manage haphazardly. Strict checks and balances must ensure that only relevant factors contribute to global defense council selection, management and very limited mission of planetary defense and any other mission for global benefit. The global defense council must be invulnerable to every worldly conflict, including conflicts among council membership.

Because membership is either bestowed or withdrawn based on due trust, experience, wisdom and commitment, no nation shall possess the power to transfer global defense council membership. Furthermore, no entity will separately own or control WMD devices. Therefore, changes in global defense council member status does not revert previously owned or controlled WMD devices for separate national control. In essence, all WMD control strictly remains with the global council.

Global defense council officials must pass ongoing assessments for judgment and stability. After careful consideration, any nation choosing not to participate in the global cooperative must strictly cooperate with the global defense council with respect to possessing any development stage of WMD materials, technologies and plans within its territory or control and to satisfy all other global security mandates.

Global leadership will occasionally offer policies to mutually dismantle all WMD devices worldwide. These policies can potentially be successful only if there can be agreement and action to mutually dismantle WMD worldwide and sustained by highest ideal commitments among every successive world leader to prevent future WMD re-escalation. However, dismantling of WMD worldwide could be soon followed by rapid WMD re-escalation or initial escalation by rogue entities resulting from unresolved foreign relations or balance of power conditions.

Furthermore, in the absence of effective alternatives, complete dismantling of all WMD worldwide potentially places the entire human race at risk of having a less effective defense on a planetary scale. Nevertheless, if directed, the global defense council would be the appropriate council to facilitate dismantling all WMD worldwide.

Contemplating a global defense council, or other more appropriately named structure, will be met with predictable resistance among many entities. However, when presented with the alternative of inevitable future increases in WMD knowledge, developments and potential threats among nations, it must be eventually concluded that secure control of worldwide WMD materials and technologies should be operationally controlled by one responsible global council.

If both administrative and operational control under one global council is deemed as investing too much power in one organization, then administrative and executive control can be bestowed to the head of state of every nation. In other words, a unanimous approval of  in excess of 200 independent minds representing their sovereign nations must agree on the decision, timing and targeting before an operational WMD launch by the global defense council would be possible. Multiple layers of software, electronic, cryptology and human protocols would safeguard against an accidental or unauthorized launch.

Because global sharing or need-based resource allocation is the goal, reports, certifications or inspections may be necessary under some circumstances to confirm and optimize resource consumption, productivity and efficiency of all nations.

Clandestine Programs:

Governments participating in Unidentified Flying Objects or Unidentified Submerged  Objects (UFO/USO) programs will never fully obtain the trust of their people or other nations as long as these operations continue to be clandestine. Conditions Sustained:

Those stealing money sometimes commit physical violence or even murder.

Sometimes humans respond to disrespect with criminal behavior.

Many communities globally have lost the security of leaving their doors unlocked while they are away from home.

Many youth use their leisure time for destructive activities. Opportunities for self-improvement seem unlikely. Accordingly, the youth are vulnerable to violent tendencies and gang-related associations.

Intentional Activities:

Sometimes offenders falsely believe they are entitled to control others. So, crime and violence become the means for domination. Offenders harm others with different preferences, biases and conduct. Examples include racism, prejudice and conflicting ideals.

Violence is sometimes committed simply because an opportunity to prey upon a vulnerable person exists. Offenders believe that punishment can be avoided.

Sometimes crimes are for revenge. Often, the motivation is bitterness. Revenge produces extremely misguided and disproportionate retaliations. These retaliations attempt to ease emotional pains. Workplace violence, marital separations and divorce are classic examples of these retaliations.

Willful violence result from disrespect and disregard for others or for oneself. Accidental violence result from carelessness, undisciplined thinking or perhaps health imbalances requiring medical attention.

Some criminals are repeat offenders. These offenders return to incarceration to rejoin gang members. They receive free basic food, water and shelter. Prison becomes a comfort zone to receive essential survival needs. Then, their  primary goal daily becomes surviving within the inmate community.

System-Supported Conditions:

Availability of  illegal deadly weapons in society remains a significant problem.

Many prison environments do not support inmate rehabilitation or safety.

Some governments control people by inflicting mass violence upon them.

Justice systems impose extreme punishments such as death. Yet, communities desire that individual citizens avoid murdering. Entities forget that citizens are learning morality from public justice systems. Furthermore, people are applying learned justice strategies with their friends, families and others. Citizens observe death penalties from justice systems. Community leaders forget that citizens learn personal justice methods partially by observing formal justice systems.

Governments are sometimes guilty of creating laws and policies that are against the desires of the people. Additionally, compliance of those laws may be difficult. Therefore, leaders may be directly responsible for honorable people who are misclassified as criminals. Meanwhile, those same citizens perceive themselves as honorable and responsible citizens. In other words, the laws created are considered to be unjust.

There are no known global efforts to advance humankind beyond the motivations for crime and violence. These dishonorable acts are caused and continued by selfish, competitive global social models. Inappropriate resource distributions strategies  enable motivations for increasing deviant human behavior.

Education Support Policy:

Implement the Global Education and Training Videos Project (G E T V P) , so that all global citizens have multiple paths for self development to pursue their highest dreams.

Remove Money-Based Motivations:

Implement the global money eradication proposal as a policy. It is the only path that gives the human race a true opportunity to prosper by reinforcing international cooperation and healthy psyche conditions. It will restore highly valued relations in history when communities had time to nurture their children, thus lowering juvenile-related dysfunction and crime. Remove the need for money. Without currency, there would be no robberies for the purpose of acquiring money. The motive is removed.

Without the requirement to earn income for essential resources and prosperity, there would be far less motivations to continue in work environments with supervisors that lack mutual respect, dignity and human rights. Accordingly, there would be far less long-term patterns of stress and discontent, ending in murders and other violence. With every need for money removed, the human race would begin to focus on the deeper causes of their remaining emotional insecurities and the paths to dissolve them.

Often health care costs represent an unavoidable financial burden and a morally contested global social issue. Implement free global health care policies to nurture every human at every stage of life. This commitment will enable routine screening and evaluations of all global citizens to optimize physical, mental and emotional states and to aid early detection and treatment of abnormalities.

Lifestyle Choice and Freedom:

Global citizens vary in personal psyche such that some thrive with healthy social relations and some thrive in relative privacy. Furthermore, some citizens are emotionally bothered such that on-demand privacy or seclusion is their necessary ingredient for emotional health. Therefore, when possible, individuals should be given the option to live or work independently or in group environments.

This differs from the current model where individuals must earn an income sufficient to pay for independent work and living space. This policy solution will balance as there will always be citizens that prefer or otherwise need group working or living environments. Furthermore, this policy is flexible enough to accommodate fluctuating individual needs and interests over time with the option to mutually exchange jobs or living accommodations with other local or foreign communities worldwide.

This policy has the capacity to increase personal happiness and to reduce work and community-related stress globally.

Weapons Philosophy:

Conduct extensive studies and research to determine whether the right to bear arms must require the right to use deadly force within each country. In other words, determine if the right to bear arms in applicable countries could be upheld with the restriction to non-lethal force.

There may be a valid argument that the right to bear arms emanates from the right to protect property and to defend from attackers. One could argue that although a victim may intend to kill an attacker, deadly force is not required for effective short-term defense. If deadly force is not required, perhaps we can require replacement of all deadly bullet projectiles with non-lethal but effective subduing substitutes. The fruits from producing further non-lethal alternatives will save money, lives and irreversible emotional regret of taking another human life.

We should be aggressively challenging governments, corporations and individuals globally to contemplate and design highly effective but non-lethal personal defense weapons as a domestic and a foreign policy.

Psyche Support and Training:

As intentional criminal and violent acts emanate from free will and the nature of ones thoughts, address these behaviors directly using psychologically-based solutions. Implement the global Psyche Optimization Program (P. O. P.) component of the global psyche reform proposal. This voluntary program will optimize individual capacities and minds at every stage of life.

Encourage the young and negatively biased groups to contemplate and to pursue their highest ideals. Free education and training provides a positive alternative outlet for their mental focus and social awareness.

Conduct global education training starting at elementary schooling regarding known sensitivity issues among all cultures. Provide perspectives that many culture violations are due to innocent ignorance. Offer scenario alternatives to violence and negative first responses. Encourage practicing this training and discussing the outcomes.

Recognize that many negative responses are due to perceived intrusions or insults on the sacred honor and pride of an individual, family, group or country. Positive responses include educating the potential offender, ignoring the act, or just taking the higher ground knowing that anyone who intentionally insults another is expressing their lower sense of self.

With a global cooperative distribution system for food, water, shelter, medical care and education, potential offenders under the cooperative system would no longer have motives for repeat incarcerations for the purpose of free basic needs. Additionally, incarceration system would no longer be burdened with the additional cost of supplying these needs.

Match experienced and caring community mentors with at risk groups early enough to mold ethical thinking and choices to reduce criminal patterns and intentions. This available time is made possible as no one would have burdens for acquiring food, water, shelter, health care or education.

Prison Management:

Prison physical designs and inmate separation policies do not protect inmates in the environment designed for them. Violence threats toward others could be divided into three levels. Inmates with a zero violence threat level toward others have no physical or communicated violent tendencies. Inmates with a non-physical violence threat level toward others expressed violence without physical harm or contact. Inmates with a physical violence threat level toward others expressed violence through physical harm or contact.

Inmates must be separated by rigid physical boundaries 24 hours a day based on their intentional violence threat level. As a result, inmate security, counseling and benefits could be managed based on common threat level needs. Accordingly, zero violence threat level inmates are allowed to pursue their highest ideals and contributions in a safe environment. Non-physical violence threat level inmates could be provided with counseling and group therapies with the hope of transitioning to zero violence threat locations. Physical violence threat level inmates should be isolated from each other unless qualified psychiatric professionals deem that treatments and counseling was effective enough to grant inmate requests for the opportunity to prove that transition to non-physical violence threat locations is warranted.

This system enhances prison and individual security and inmate quality of life by eliminating or severely minimizing physical interactions among inmates with different violence tendencies. This system will work only with the commitment to faithfully execute the policy and to operate unencumbered by restrictions in available space, funds or personnel.

Prison technologies should be developed for increased protection and monitoring. Sensor-activated audio and video technology could be employed to record and monitor every possible location available to inmates. Electronic technologies could be developed and implemented to restrain physical violence threat level inmates from coming within a minimum safe distance
from each other.

Justice Alternatives:

As an alternative to the death penalty, we should explore placing the most dangerous, non-rehabilitative inmates in temporary, medically induced unconscious states as the maximum policy and strategy. This policy preserves human life and allows for periodic resuscitations to administer more modern psychiatric treatments or to give inmates another chance for possible rehabilitation.

If deemed beneficial, inmates can receive peaceful music and educational literature for audio stimuli during unconscious states. Other inmates may voluntarily choose this option to help manage severely undesirable but uncontrollable activities.

Court room sessions should broadcast in real time with perhaps rebroadcasting if in the interest of justice and community benefit. Exceptions may be allowed for juvenile cases or at the request of the defendant. This policy will ensure that defendants are given the greatest justice consideration due to increased visibility. It will increase court accountability.

By default, this open court policy will educate the citizens regarding the laws that govern them to foster compliance or to initiate inquiries and change by citizens regarding current law.

Community Relations and Rehabilitation in Non-Monetized Societies:

Only those physically dangerous to society are considered for incarceration. Mild infraction offenders can seek forgiveness from injured parties verbally and/or in writing. Offenders with infractions against general society can seek forgiveness in public or via open audience media. This policy supports positive community relations.

Offenders receive aggressive psychological counseling or treatment while carrying out compensation sentences. Both the victim and the offender should be screened for psychological intervention.

Offenders causing physical injury perform authorized personal services on behalf of the injured party based on the capacity reduction for which one is responsible. Offender continues until injured party fully recovers from reduced capacity caused or formally released from responsibility by all injured parties.

Offenders causing damaged property will work under qualified repair supervisors until damage for which one is responsible has been repaired. Offenders guilty of extreme carelessness, such as involuntary manslaughter for example, will be sentenced to extended periods of performing services for the surviving family or injured parties on demand. Injured parties or their families can waive receiving personalized services to be substituted for community, state or national services and duties. Final compensation details would always be decided by an independent and competent presiding body and with testimony from injured parties.

Restoring Community Psyche:

Where there is an abundant lack of self-control, there is community decline. To create and sustain supportive attitudes and actions among the young and otherwise mentally astray, community members must take full responsibility for each stage in the psychological nurturing  of every community member.  Within the context of law and safety,  community leaders and responsible members must organize and be willing to go all the way daily to discourage and deter inappropriate behavior. Concurrently, they must also be trained to protect, educate, redirect, monitor and inspire each citizen to optimize motives and rewards for good and cooperation.

This dilemma equates to the government or justice system policy “do as we say,  not as we do.”  Citizens observing justice systems that inflict death under any circumstance internalizes these acts as justifying the death of another human being under some circumstances. Therefore, individual or group killing of another may be justified in the minds of some entities under some circumstances as an extension of this same logic. As long as leadership and justice entities willfully inflict death upon any human being for any reason, then citizens will always contemplate the willful killing of another as a viable choice.

Where there is an abundant lack of self-control, there is community decline. Communities must take full responsibility for each stage in the psychological nurturing of every community member and to organize and be willing to go all the way daily to discourage and deter inappropriate behavior. Concurrently, they must also be trained to protect, educate, redirect, monitor and inspire each citizen to optimize motives and rewards for good and cooperation.

Friction against these goals occur when insufficient responsible adults are available to monitor the streets, casual recreation areas and known trouble areas. This limitation is usually due to the need to work to satisfy financial needs. Money needs actually remove essential community observers when and where they are needed most. This reinforces the need to retire financial compensation and debt systems in exchange for cooperation.

Medically-Induced Unconsciousness Concerns:

The decision to replace death sentences with temporary medically induced unconscious states will be met with controversy. Examples include morality of intentionally placing an otherwise healthy human being into altered states, the medical equipment and personnel required, whether proper justice is being carried out by extending the life of would-be executed inmates and whether such treatment is in the best interest of the inmate and society.

This policy can serve as a law aiding to protect human life or at least become an option for judicial bodies. It could serve to support the emotional needs of grieving family members desiring close long-term physical proximity for family mourning, prayer and healing, acts which may be impossible after traditional inmate execution and disposition of remains.

It should be noted that sometimes current inmate mental states prevent the possibility of direct physical or verbal interaction. This policy would provide the children a chance to visit, see and touch their parent perhaps years after sentencing and years after an execution would normally have been scheduled.

It should be noted that currently some children never grow to see a parent because of executions. This denial can inflict extreme emotional trauma to children. Furthermore, allowing a coma-revived inmate the opportunity to visit their children or parents could be the stimulus to generating a strong will to live, to participate in family life and perhaps possible rehabilitation.

Current society may be incapable of fathoming the possibility of future inmate rehabilitation, but future humanity and psychiatric ability should be given a chance. Assuming that death sentencing is the worst case scenario, then perhaps this model demonstrates human compassion along with the possibility of future inmate redemption.

This policy presumes that safe medical technology and knowledge exist to implement and manage temporary medically induced unconscious states. All parties concerned must be fully aware of the possibility of inmate decline or death under these conditions. The author has no significant medical training. These efforts may have some merit while playing certain friendly games during spare time among friends. But these same efforts continue to solidify divisions among the human race in the current competitive world model where some must win and some must lose. National security obstacles can be removed to the extent that relevant governments and global entities replace competitive models and ideals with cooperative models and ideals. In essence, all nations and all peoples worldwide must think and work to achieve the same global objectives, principles and highest ideals for all of the human race while respecting specific cultural and other internal interests not conflicting with global highest ideals. In doing so, competition is discouraged and cooperation is encouraged. Therefore, security issues would eventually be limited to rare occurrences. Removing common national security vulnerabilities will enable historically coveting governments and entities to shift towards rapid release of advanced technologies and knowledge for the benefit of the global population.

Among free nations, individuals enjoy the freedom to pursue all knowledge, in theory. But relevant knowledge-coveting entities will neither assist truth-seeking individuals nor publicly and formally confirm evidences or speculations regarding classified  programs. In this regard, truth-seeking individuals and other global citizens they support are denied access to global advancement knowledge opportunities by relevant entities and may represent a legal and currently acceptable form of oppression against the advancement of humanity, sharing of technologies, human intelligence and global progress with security as the justification.

One can speculate of the many employees who swear to protect secret programs that, if released, would dramatically alter the human experience and perception for better or worse. They go home unable to share the details of their day to loved ones. They may bear the burdens only to those with sufficient clearance and need-to-know in the performance of their duties. The loved ones of loyal workers are also affected by the burden of secrecy. Secrecy will always be deemed necessary while humans continue the current global competitive model. Secrecy would, however, be less necessary when mankind acquires the wisdom to choose the pure cooperative operating model.

One can argue that a standing governing policy of denying advanced scientific knowledge and technologies from the global community may debilitate mankind such that it may be classified as relative oppression of mankind, as global citizens are often unaware of coveted programs that could have significant civilian advancement applications. Of course, applicable governments expect to benefit from their classified, coveted projects. Coveting knowledge can often preempt the expansion of broadly shared energy, transportation and communication technologies to name only a few. Citizens of all ages worldwide are denied new interest in advanced sciences primarily due to ignorance of the possibilities. Although independently sufficient to justify replacing coveting policies with full global cooperation, such denials or stagnations of social technologies are small components of the total price humans pay to continue coveting policies and beliefs in order to achieve and sustain advantages within world competition models.

Technology Commercialization Versus Free Access:

One recent and free access technology that changed the world is the internet. HumanityTest.Org policies serve all mankind. Specifically, they serve those whose primary goal is the advancement of all humanity while subordinating needs for personal profits at the expense or demise of others.

Politicians who are currently incapable of envisioning such progress and leading humans into this era will not support this work. Corporate entities that refuse to dwell beyond financial and influential rewards will not support this work. Furthermore, there may be sufficient motives to support these policies publicly but sabotage them privately. It’s a matter of human and spiritual development. Accordingly, only those who will benefit both now and in the future will fully endorse these policies – you, everyday global citizens.

Caution and diligence is warranted not to assume that merely communicating a sustainable vision for the human race equates to successfully placing our species on the positive evolution path. Yes. This set of writings is not intended to be exclusive solutions to all problems. It is the view of the author that there are stagnating if not debilitating conditions we experience as we continue our current path while ignoring our highest ideals. The failure of all nations to formally commit to highest ideals for the human race leaves civilization with gross susceptibilities to pursuits of lesser-evolving ideals and aspirations by nations or individuals. Such default pursuits are incompatible and perhaps damaging to the positive evolution of the entire human race.

Our civilization has progressed much in positive ways. Our ancestors from the caveman era may have speculated about a new era when people would not need to constantly survive large predators, frequent debilitating diseases causes by unsanitary conditions and unreliable food and water supplies. Our era today could represent the accomplishment of their highest ideals. Upon gaining and sharing essential knowledge and technologies to survive the caveman era, we have arrived in this era which represents a solution to many problems of the past. We have most positively evolved. Given where we are in our evolution, we must continually assess our global social conditions and policies to determine what global highest ideal commitments are required to steer the future of the human race.
