Free Global Health Care Proposal

Producing an abundance of willing health care professionals at zero cost and minimum time – Authentic universal health care as a foreign policy.

Global Policy Shift:

Everyone receives the best medical care available worldwide at zero cost. Everyone receives quality medical care regardless of native citizenship. Anyone visiting another country automatically receives free health care service without qualification. No form of payment, compensation, medical policy or insurance is required or sought. Institute true universal healthcare. All medical professionals will be volunteers and serve as needed.

Forward-Looking Health Care Technologies:

Develop and make freely available within every community safe, low-energy medical scanners capable of measuring all vital signs, muscular and skeletal structures, blood and lymphatic system, physiology/neurology health, etc.  Users will enter known symptoms and other related history. Upon completion of scans, relevant medical information will be transferred to an off-site medical expert for analysis, diagnosis, dispatching immediate emergency medical assistance, treatment recommendations, eye-to-eye patient-doctor appointments and referrals.  Medical doctors will be able to interact verbally and visually with the patient at any time. It is conceived that these scanners will operate without the need for on-site human monitoring. However, qualified volunteers may be available for initial community training and indoctrination.

Develop blood and urine analysis techniques that require only several milliliters for effectiveness. Then these specimens could be safely extracted, collected and analyzed by the community medical scanning facilities for more thorough analysis.

Total Body Holistic Health and Medicine:

Upon performing medical examination and diagnosis of relatively minor severity, doctors could initially advise more natural and diet-related remedies or refer patients to alternative health care specialists before advancing to prescription drugs. This will cut cost and provide a lower level remedy while eliminating drug side effects for many patients.

As a policy, doctors advise patients regarding every known treatment available without cost as a factor. Example treatments include surgery, psychological, diet, exercise, herbal, eastern medicine, etc.

Global Health, Education and Training Support:

With free internet videos from the Global Education and Training Videos Project (G.E.T.V.P), medical professionals all over the world receive a significant portion of training and knowledge exposure at zero cost and minimum time.

Because of the G.E.T.V.P project and global sharing of all material and knowledge resources, travelers to foreign nations will receive care from medical professionals who have access to all medical science knowledge available.

With the steady increase in available medical professionals, total work time per person will have the capacity to decrease internationally.
