Exploration of Global Highest Ideals:

Responsible and visionary global committees should begin to contemplate global highest ideals for adoption by all nations to shape and steer the human race.

Global Discovery:

In order to achieve and sustain global peace, every nation must contemplate, survey, analyze and reveal answers to very specific questions addressing the needs, psychologies, beliefs, expectations, roles and future visions of its government and every cultural and factional diversity among its people. These questions may appear too futuristic and theoretical, but our global future is worthy of such consideration.

1) Under what conditions would there be no motivation for the government or the people it represents to harm another nation?

2) Under what conditions would the government and the people it represents have no motive to generate hatred or discontent for another government or the people it represents?

3) Under what conditions would the government and the people it represents naturally interact in cooperation and peace?

4) Under what conditions would aggressor nations and independent entities respect formal avenues for grievance resolution as effective alternatives to inflicting terror and other forms of violence?

5) What are ones greatest conceivable vision and hope for the future of the human race?

Caution is emphasized not to perceive these questions as too detailed or mentally intensive to investigate, as there is no conceivable thought or act too large to ensure human survival and prosperity. The answers to these types of questions contribute to developing adoptable global highest ideals. Ignoring such questions by global leadership and individuals sustain hostile international relations and worldwide conditions.

Mutual Commitments:

Adopt global philosophy supporting the ideal that serious problems in any nation result in immediate commitments by all nations to seek prompt solutions and alternatives. All nations act in unity to solve common problems. Commitment to shared global resources provides incentives for nations and individuals to solve global problems. A national shortage anywhere becomes a global sharing effort and a global solution effort everywhere for credible international relations.

Think-tanks should incorporate a multitude of real life and theoretical scenarios for sustained optimization of the global resource distribution model.

With global internet technologies, it has become unintelligent to resist open local and global collaborative projects to permit any global citizen to contribute their insights into our mutual world problems. What insights exists greater  than the opinions from those in affected regions?

Global Support Policies:

Global zero cost for basic needs such as food, water, shelter, health care and education is an essential world policy.

Global efforts must be accelerated to develop and perfect technologies for multi-language translations for individual use. Perhaps online projects can be the initial delivery platforms as the number of web-based, handheld smartphones are projected for continued global growth in this era.

Rely on the Global Education and Training Videos Project (GETVP) as a sustained solution to assist in training all human beings in their disciplines of interests, to exercise their greatest participation in local and world affairs and to solve world problems.

Wide usage of the G.E.T.V.P. project and implementation of global zero cost for all basic needs are significant prerequisites. These accomplishments will act as milestones upon which to advance additional cooperative, international solutions and initiatives.

Human Rights Disparities:

Some governments inflict human rights violation acts against their own citizens. These violations may occur due to laws, traditions or tactical leverage. As a global policy, human rights victims must be provided with a means to be free from entities and environments of harm. Global citizens with extreme human rights violation claims against their government or other entities will be transferred without hindrance to an external advocacy, at the final discretion of the victim. The receiving advocate entity will represent a nation also approved by the victim. Additionally, human rights advocate entities may petition independently on behalf of any citizen worldwide.

WMD Control Policy:

Historically trusted WMD nations assert that foreign nations must add to global stability due to increased WMD possession and control. To ensure global stability and to prevent acts of WMD individualism, the following global strategies are proposed:

As a global policy, all present and future weapons of mass destruction, associated plans, technologies, controlled materials and components existing anywhere on earth or in space that could potentially impose a threat to our civilization will default under the administrative and operational control of a global defense council.

It must be concluded that there is no legitimate purpose for a nation or independent entity to possess covert or overt WMD technologies with the intent for global benefit while outside of the administrative and operational control of the global defense council. The global defense council will have the responsibility and authority to classify, monitor, inspect, seize, relocate, activate, dismantle or dispose of any WMD, nuclear-biological-chemical technology items of risk worldwide.

This authority includes the inspection of nuclear energy sites for global security concerns. To ensure global stability, this mandate will carry full, uncompromised enforcement.

Strict protocols along with human, physical and technological checks and balances must be in place to ensure that wmd is used only for legitimate global purposes such as approved scientific endeavors or planetary defense. The most responsible and essential use for weapons of mass destruction may be to deter or defend against entities most hostile to our planet and our people, but used only as a last resort. If deemed suitable, examples may include dangerously close incoming projectiles such as asteroids and meteors or an attack from an intelligent entity from beyond the earth.

Due to mutual interests of every nation, the global defense council must have every available advisement from relevant scientific collaboration groups worldwide.

Future Resource Capacities and Expansions:

Commitments to space station and mass space travel technologies must be progressively advanced. Otherwise, we will witness the consequences of multi-nations inability to expand their territories and resources to meet the needs of increasing populations and growth. Average individuals must have opportunities to leave our planet for extended periods for independent research, mind expansion, for restoring awe for the universe and for further appreciation for planet earth.

Continued exploration and space technology development will eventually enable visits to large moving space projectiles to perhaps identify and extract vital natural resources. Having no significant human representation far from the earth places the human race in unnecessary jeopardy of total extinction from catastrophic planetary events.

Similar to space endeavors, commitments to develop deep underwater community living on our own planet are strongly needed. Underwater colonies will ease the burden of diminishing land and food resources. It will stimulate thinking for advanced aquatic engineering and energy generation. Residents at these underwater colonies will revitalize the awe for the abundance and variety of sea life on our planet. Having no significant human underwater colonies places the human race in unnecessary jeopardy of total extinction from catastrophic global surface events.

Expanding human life to underwater and space colonization must include complete backup repositories of critical if not all human knowledge to allow the human race to further advance from the current progress level of humanity.

Contribution Entities:

As an international initiative, governments and individuals are encouraged to contribute special insights to our global highest ideals to benefit the human race.

Recognition is encouraged for every global citizen and collaborative group with relevant skills, education, knowledge or ideas leading to strategies or solutions anywhere. Otherwise, there would be less incentive to contribute ones valuable time and mental resources for global benefit. Additionally, recognizing specific contributions by individuals and collaborative groups support similar contributions in the future.

Psyche Shift:

Global psyche must shift from competitive thinking when some win and some lose to collaborative thinking when all win. Motives must be encouraged to shift towards, at most, competition among entities to produce superior products, services or knowledge to be shared among global citizens based on equality or need and at zero cost or compensation.
