A Formal Decree for Global Role Modeling:

A standing global decree to remove all forms of greed, selfishness, manipulation and deception requires no funding to implement. It requires that global leaders recognize the immediate and future benefits to humanity as a whole and to individuals worldwide. It requires great respect for such a formal decree and the fortitude to be guided by it.

Root Cause Identifications of Stagnation and Suffering:

To rapidly graduate from long-term stagnations due to short-term alternations between policy support and policy reversals, every conceivable effort and contemplation must be taken to identify and address the root causes for every problem facing human society. Practically every root cause will be psyche related to resist following highest ideals.

Omitting Not One Global Citizen:

Because the global Psyche Optimization Program, P.O.P., directly nurtures individuals, it indirectly nurtures associated families, communities, nations and the entire human race. It will be a valuable tool to help deter catastrophic acts caused by failing to detect and address harmful psyche conditions.

The key to progress and advancement at any level must be derived from the psyche level. Individuals, families, communities, nations and the entire human race will advance in every endeavor upon addressing their mutual problems at the psychological level. Increasing interdependencies require that global psyche supports national psyche, that national psyche supports community psyche, that community psyche supports family psyche and that family psyche supports individual psyche. The added value to these interdependencies is that the reverse logic is true, that individual psyche supports family psyche, that family psyche supports community psyche, that community psyche supports national psyche and that national psyche supports global psyche. In essence, if global leadership leads to fully support its constituency, then the constituency will return its support.

Source of All Sustainable Change:

The state of global psyche is at the heart of all sustainable change and every global plan. Human beings strive to absorb knowledge and then attempt to apply it when considered materially possible and morally justifiable by their own standards. Every global citizen, without exception, must be nurtured as a member of our global family and to be a valuable global contributor. Accordingly, it is imperative that any global plan for peace and advancement addresses and nurtures both the knowledge capacities and psyche states of all world citizens as prerequisite number one.
