Formal Global Decree:

Global leadership must unite to declare nothing less than a formal decree to sustain from any act of greed, selfishness, manipulation or deception, especially in the performance of duty. This decree establishes government trust and accountability to the people and challenges all citizens worldwide to adopt this same decree in their daily lives. As a result, we provide an environment where every human will have increased support to choose a cooperative mentality and goodwill.

The main prerequisite is that global leadership must first choose goodwill in every endeavor, where good is clearly defined in adopted global highest ideals. Their decision processes and the resulting local, national, international policies must be free of greed, selfishness, manipulation and deception. Then there is a greater chance for the people to hold their leadership in high regard and to honor the truth in their personal lives. Upholding the tenets of this decree prepares the people for appropriate conduct and future leadership responsibilities. This is how we advance the character of our race globally and individually.

Granted that any community, family or individual could independently institute every aspect of this decree into their personal lives and reap the benefits of higher character. However, there will be continued resistance from non-supportive external environments and entities having disproportionately lower commitments to goodwill.

Human Rights Support

Global highest ideals must advance such that victims of extreme or consistent human rights abuses anywhere must be granted the right and opportunity to permanently detach from their oppressors. This includes the obligation of sovereign oppressor nations to safely relinquish all control over the victims to any responsible entity who agree to accept them. A choice to leave would be equivalent to a vote against the oppressor nation.

Everyday Psyche Awareness and Discipline:

Psyche advancements will be tested by everyday events, perceptions and responses. Governments, organized entities and individuals will choose responses based on their current state of highest ideals. Therefore, every human shall receive appropriate knowledge and the responsibility to optimize personal judgment, decisiveness, compassion, empathy, tact, justice and integrity with respect to issues regarding self and relations with others. These attributes voluntarily adopted on an individual level are the tools for sustained human advancement.

Consistent with  these attributes, every effort must be taken to remove  selfishness and competitiveness from decisions in support of habitual discipline to consider the rights and needs of others. Influential parties must always recognize and reward the efforts and ideas of those that contribute to every endeavor. This policy rewards contributors and provides incentives for future contributions. Without a commitment to this policy, contributors are more prone to self  considerations over group considerations. Selfish leaders  and role models who fail to offer due credit for valuable contributions will miss personal psyche growth while fueling the selfish thinking of the next generation.

Self Help Personal Psyche Advancement:

Because the entire human race is an accumulation of individuals, then the global psyche condition is an accumulation of individual psyche states. Therefore, in order to successfully advance global mental states, the advancement of individual psyche conditions must be at the forefront of any global strategy. Jobs Versus Efficiency Metrics:

In contrast to the number of jobs created as the current metric for decision-making, a cooperative model where resources and value are shared by everyone seeks motivations to complete all tasks using the most efficient human-technology combination so that precious human time, jobs and activities are always optimized with willing and trained volunteers. Meanwhile, all human needs are provided to all global citizens regardless of their chosen skills. In other words, there are no human benefits lost by replacing a job with efficient technology or more proficient and willing workers. Citizens can always retrain for future skills, offer their significant experiences as consultants or join collaboration groups for an infinite number of new and ongoing research and development projects globally.

Allow human assets every opportunity to perform the tasks that they would choose to do for free if given the chance. Commitments to free global resources such as education to the doctorate level, health care, food and housing for all citizens can fulfill and comfortably sustain every required skill worldwide. Projects are optimized with the minimum humans required for superior and sustainable quantity and quality production. Meanwhile, excess available volunteer minds placed in positive and willing collaborations to advance related technologies and operations are added win-win assets. This is how humans unlock the true value of experience, time, motivation and innovation.

Psyche Optimization Opportunities:

In order to achieve and sustain a healthy global psyche, every nation must carefully contemplate, survey, analyze and reveal the needs, psychologies, beliefs, expectations, roles and future visions of its government and every cultural and factional diversity among its people. From these efforts, mutual commitments will be identified and will emerge to form globally adoptable highest ideals.

Shift emphasis away from control, enforcement and  punishment and towards optimizing positive, individual psychological states and capacities starting during pre-birth periods and continuing during lifetimes.

A Psyche Optimization Program P.O.P., or other appropriately named program, can be designed to offer regularly scheduled assistance to all global citizens on a voluntary basis. Its purpose will be to maximize natures of mind while accounting for age and advancement levels. It may allow early detection and intervention for extreme deviant mentality and behavior before harmful long-term patterns and actions emerge. This program involves the identification, assessment, evaluation and renewal strategies for psyche dysfunction and accelerated psyche advancement. The P.O.P. program will be managed by qualified psychological and psychiatric professionals.

In contrast to familiar socially stigmatized counseling and related treatments, the positive self-development nature of the assistance should create an interest sufficient for voluntary participation. Valuable insights can be provided by those faithful to peace, positive influence programs and those rich in life experiences and cultural diversities. The P.O.P. Program objectives should be broadly understood and eventually accepted and desired among global citizens and governments.

A successful global P.O.P. program will detect and address persistent dysfunctional thoughts and activities at early stages of development. It will provide an anticipated outlet for personal concerns, fears, interests and life choices. It will nurture productive and cooperative thinking at all ages. It will provide valuable statistical feedback to leadership without compromising individual privacy. It will reinforce global cooperation philosophies that allow society to live in peace, to administer essential resources based on need or equality, to prevent famine, to encourage access to free global education up to doctorate levels and to sustain free global health care programs, thus supporting the advancement of self and the entire human race.
